From here you can reach in a short time the most famous tourist resorts such as Soverato, the "Pearl of the Ionian Sea" and center of social life thanks to its seafront promenade with clubs, discos and restaurants or the characteristic historical center of Stalettì, from where you can admire a panorama from Isola Capo Rizzuto to Punta Stilo. Near the house there are all kinds of services. In 40 minutes by car you can reach the international airport of Lamezia Terme. Your four-legged friend is welcome.
