Villa Valentina is a spacious holiday home, located amongst the hills near Almancil (between Almancil and Sta Barbara de Nexe) and is ideal for families who want to relax away from the crowded tourist centres, while still being a short drive away from all amenities. With space and facilities for the whole family, this is the perfect spot for a getaway in the Portuguese sun.

The villa has a first floor with one double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom) and a large terrace.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds (with an en-suite) and also has an additional bathroom.

The ground floor of the property has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (that can be made into a double bed – with an en-suite bathroom). The ground floor also has an additional bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with a hob, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, cooking utensils and washing machine.

The ground level also has a new games room with a snooker table for friendly family matches.

Free wi-fi is provided, as well as air-conditioning (cooling and heating) in all bedrooms.

Three spacious terraces with outdoor lounging and dining areas spill out onto the tranquil garden with a large and inviting swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra). There are plenty of sun loungers to relax in the sun, a grassy area for playing and a ping-pong table for matches in between dips in the pool. A barbeque allows for outdoor meals to be cooked and enjoyed al fresco.

Villa Valentina is located just a 5-minute drive away from Almancil town, as well as from the Mar Shopping centre (with a vast selection of shops, restaurants and a supermarket) and Laranjal Golf course. The nearest restaurant “Alagoas” is only 1.5km away (20-minute walk or 3-minute drive) and the beautiful Algarve coast and beaches are about a 20 minute drive away.

Car hire is recommended for this property, which we can help you to book on request.


The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts

Prices up to 12 people.
The 13th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

VAT included in the accommodation price.

1. Paiement d'un acompte de 30% par carte bancaire uniquement après avoir validé le formulaire de réservation.
2. Possibilité d'envoyer des chèques vacances ANCV pour obtenir le remboursement de l'acompte versé par carte bancaire.
3. Règlement du solde jusqu'à 35 jours avant la date d'arrivée par :
   • Carte bancaire : Visa, Mastercard.
   • Paypal (incluant CB & American Express).
   • Chèques bancaires.
   • Virement.
   • Chèques vacances ANCV.

Pour une réservation effectuée moins de 35 jours avant la date d'arrivée (dernière minute) :

• Paiement de la totalité du séjour par carte bancaire uniquement.
• Possibilité d'envoyer des chèques vacances ANCV pour obtenir le remboursement du montant versé par carte bancaire.
