Welcome to this great ground floor with private terraces and garden in Porto Petro. It sleeps 8 people.You will always remember the great moments lived in the charming exterior area of this house. You can sunbathe on one of the 3 sunloungers that you'll find at the terrace and taste the delicious barbecue in the exterior dining in the same terrace. There are other excellent corners in the property to enjoy the summer time lake the little terrace on the other side, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The property is fenced and the are direct neighbours.This is a two storey house although our guests will only have access to the ground floor. When you enter you find a spacious, luminous and airy living room with access to the main terrace and equipped with a TV-sat, sofa, armchairs and a decorative fireplace. behind an elegant arch you have the dining area, with access to the kitchen. The cosy kitchen has everything you need to cook during your vacation including a gas cooktop, a dishwasher, and a little table with chairs. The laundry area is independent with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house offers 4 bedrooms with fan and closet. Two have twin beds and the other two feature a double bed, one with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. Another bathtub bathroom and a toilet complete the house which is also equipped with central heating for the coldest months.Portopetro is a coastal town in Santanyí. It offers a great variety of amazing beaches and nearby coves like Cala Mondragó and s'Amarador, only 3 minutes drive away. The town, Santanyí, is only 5 minutes away by car. An you can spend a different kind of day playing golf at the course of Vall d'Or Golf which is 11.2 km away.Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
