Villa Teotel
Villa Teotel is a two storey traditional Algarve villa set in a quiet location, close to the town of Almancil and situated within the much sort after area known as the Golden Triangle. Perfect for families, or a group of golfers, looking for a relaxing holiday, yet close to all the amenities that you could hope for, this 5-bedroom property with a private heatable swimming pool (heating as an optional extra) is the perfect choice.
This villa has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. 1 with a double bed which has access to the pool through patio doors plus a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor have twin beds and share a bathroom with bathtub. There are a further 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One has 4 beds and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and the other has a double bed in it.
The traditional country-style kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine. Outside there is also a traditional Algarvian BBQ with outside dining, ideal for preparing meals on the grill and enjoying them al fresco. Close to the private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra) there are sunbeds for relaxing with a good book and soaking up the sun, or a ping pong table for the more energetic guests.
The open plan living / dining room includes comfortable seating, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, patio doors leading out to the pool area and is ideal for relaxing as a respite from the gorgeous Algarvian sunshine.
The town of Almancil boasts many top restaurants, interior design shops and fabulous boutiques. You will also find banks, cake shops, and a varied choice of supermarkets.
The beautiful beaches Vale do Lobo are just over 5km away and the closest golf course within Quinta do Lago is 4km away. You are also less than 5km from one of the largest waterslide parks on the Algarve, Aquashow.
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Car hire is recommended if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
• The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 12 people.
• The 13th to 16th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (Double-Bed) (only €77 per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
VAT included in the accommodation price.
Pets not allowed.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

Dans le cas de l'annulation du contrat par le client, les frais d'annulation seront retenus selon le barème suivant :
Toute annulation doit être notifiée par écrit dans un délai de 3 jours suivant la survenance de l'événement conditionnant l'annulation et ne sera prise en compte qu'à réception du courrier du locataire. Si le locataire prend possession des lieux après la date prévue au contrat ou quitte les lieux avant cette date, il ne pourra prétendre à un remboursement pour la période non courue.
En cas de non présentation du locataire dans les 48 heures suivant la date de début de contrat et en l'absence d'informations complémentaires, le contrat sera annulé de plein droit et la totalité du solde exigée. Annulation du contrat par Locasun : si des circonstances imprévisibles l'exigent, ou si des faits relevant de la force majeure rendent la mise à disposition du logement impossible, Locasun se réserve le droit d'annuler le contrat avant le séjour et de vous proposer une location de remplacement de valeur similaire. Un nouveau contrat est alors établi par écrit. Dans le cas où aucune solution de remplacement ne pourrait être trouvée,
Locasun vous informera par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Vous obtiendrez alors le remboursement immédiat et intégral des sommes déjà versées.
En général, les arrivées pour cette location s’effectuent entre 16h et 19h et les départs autour de 10h. Les horaires seront précisés sur les documents de voyage que vous recevrez après avoir soldé votre réservation.
