Cet appartement de 3 chambres combine confort moderne et proximité immédiate de la mer. Le salon spacieux s'ouvre sur un grand balcon meublé, idéal pour les petits déjeuners ou apéritifs en plein air. La cuisine est entièrement équipée : four, plaque 4 feux, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles nécessaires.
Les 3 chambres offrent de la flexibilité : un lit double, un lit twin et un lit simple avec couchage gigogne. La salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire, douche, bidet et accessoires rétro. Climatisation, chauffage, lave-linge et Wi-Fi complètent l'équipement. La gare ferroviaire est à 15 minutes à pied, desservie toutes les 20 minutes par des lignes directes vers Barcelone et Sitges. Un arrêt de bus se trouve à 100 mètres pour les circuits locaux.

Traduire cet avis ?juan a. le 24/08/2020Nos gusta mucho el apartamento y hace años que vamos todos los veranos. no obstante habría que mejorar: 1º Las almohadas son muy incómodas, deberían cambiarse por otras a poder ser viscoelásticas (no de copos). 2º Tanto la lavadora como el lavavajillas no están conectados eléctricamente a Tierra y dan calambre, esto es importante y debería solucionarse ya que producirse algún accidente grave.
Traduire cet avis ?juan le 02/09/2019Bonito apartamento, aunque precisaría de una reforma, dado el precio de alquiler. La ducha sigue dando problemas, ya que el agua se enfría de golpe. Las almohadas son bastante incómodas y el lavavajillas da calambres, es de suponer que por falta de toma de tierra. La situación es muy buena y la limpieza y atención impecables. La calle es tranquila y se descansa sin problemas incluso los fines de semana.
Traduire cet avis ?juan le 06/09/2018Ya son cuatro años que alquilamos el apartamento y aunque la ubicación nos parece ideal, en esos cuatro años nos da la impresión que el apartamento se ha ido envejeciendo, sin que se hayan efectuado más reformas que el aire acondicionado y una nueva lavadora. Serían de agradecer unas almohadas viscoelásticas y una revisión a fondo, ya que hay defectos que ya se indicaron a la Srta. Andrea y actualmente el precio parece algo alto para lo que ofrece. Por lo demás la atención y la limpieza siguen siendo excelentes.

Only minor problem was, that if you want to go for shopping, the center of town is about 2,5km away..but we do like walking, so that was fine for us:). I recommend this place for everyone!

Breakfast on the balcony with views over the town- unbeatable. There is everything you need here for a relaxing holiday and the location is superb. It ls easy walking distance from
the beach with its bars and from a wealth of restaurants and cafés. You have to try early morning coffee at the port, watching the fishing boats coming in, and do
not miss the best patatas bravas in the world, at La Carpeta Moderna restaurant /terrace on PLaça de la Vila. Perfect! "
nicola le 10/09/2017"I had a wonderful time here at Villanova. We felt that we got to live an authentic spanish life for the few days that we were there, from fishermen coming into the harbour in the morning, to the getting an espresso at the bar at the local market. My husband and I were able to walk along the shoreline to gorgeous Sitges where we had a few cocktails overlooking the iconic beach, luckily Viilanova is a short and easy train ride away!
The flat itself is all we could have asked for, well kept, simple, comfy beds, functioning kitchen, and above all, only a couple of minutes from the beach"
