Cet appartement de premier étage accueille jusqu'à 6 personnes dans un cadre paisible du quartier. Il comprend 4 chambres : une suite parentale avec salle de bain privée, trois autres chambres équipées de lits individuels (90x190 cm), et une deuxième salle de bain avec douche.
La cuisine rénovée dispose de tous les équipements essentiels : plaques vitrocéramiques, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et congélateur. Depuis le séjour avec télévision et cheminée, l'accès direct mène à la terrasse confortable agrémentée de table et chaises, où s'offrent de belles vues sur la montagne et la mer.
L'appartement bénéficie de l'accès à la piscine partagée de la résidence. Lave-linge, fer à repasser et grille-pain complètent l'équipement. À proximité immédiate : restaurants, cafés et commerces du quartier, tous accessibles à pied.
Hannah le 17/08/2026Carena 1 : (+) : Location of apartment was great - only a 5 min walk down to the beach. It is up a hill though, which wasnt mentioned and proved a little tricky for the pensioner in our family. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for our party of 6 and has 2 bathrooms and a washing machine which really helped. The balcony veranda was a great place to sit and enjoy the views to the sea in the distance. The pool was fresh and nice to swim in although the beds around it were covered in bird poo and needed a clean. The interior of the apartment is a little dated and tired, which wouldn't have been a problem but the door handles to one of the bedrooms and main bathroom came completely off on the inside meaning people got stuck inside, thankfully others were home to let them out!
(-) : There is no air con and it was stifling - we were supplied with only one fan for the 1st night, then after 2 days more were delivered to relieve the rest of our party.

Old but everthing worked : The appartement is spacious with 4 bedroons and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was fine with good appliances. The balcon was to small to sit on with 7 people. And there was not An option for wifi. Wifi is a big thing if you stay with 4 teenagers. The location is top, close to the sea and sea view from the balcony.
