Cet appartement de 70 m² combine confort et localisation privilégiée. Les trois chambres accueillent jusqu'à 5 personnes dans un cadre équipé pour des vacances sans contrainte. Le balcon offre une vue sur la mer et la marina, directement au cœur d'une zone animée où restaurant, commerces et transports sont à proximité immédiate.
La cuisine indépendante dispose d'équipements complets : vitrocéramique, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et congélateur. Tous les appareils nécessaires au quotidien y sont présents, du café au matin à la préparation des repas. Climatisation, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, wifi et télévision complètent l'installation. Lave-linge, fer à repasser et sèche-cheveux sont fournis.
La plage de roche Cala Cocodrilo est accessible en 500 m, tandis que la plage de sable Playa San Pere se situe à 800 m. Le parc aquatique Hidropark Alcudia à 5 km et le parcours de golf Alcanada à 7 km offrent des diversions à proximité. L'aéroport de Palma se trouve à 61 km.
Reiner le 12/04/2026Perfect stay : (+) : We stayed at the apartment for five days over Easter 2026 for cycling. The location was great for us, after cycling we went to the beach for a swim and in the evening for dinner to a very good seafoot restaurant nearby (300 meter from the apartment).
The apartment themeselves were exactly as described in the pictures.
Our Host Sebastian was very attentive and helped us with any questions and issues we had.
We had a good stay and have enjoy our holidays.
Pierre le 14/06/2025 Voyage à Majorque : (+) : Nous sommes partis entre amis pour notre voyage de fin d'année et notre séjour à l' appartement Bonaire a été fantastique. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très confortable, parfait pour que nous puissions tous bien nous reposer après chaque journée d'activités.
L'emplacement était idéal : il est proche de tout et nous avons pu nous déplacer facilement à pied. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c'est la visite de "la Cala Cocodrilo", que nous avons adorée pour son calme et sa grotte naturelle, où nous avons passé un bon moment à explorer et à prendre des photos.
Dans l'ensemble, une expérience très positive. L'appartement est pratique, bien situé et était idéal pour passer notre voyage de fin d'année avec des amis. Je le recommande vivement !
Emily W. le 31/05/2025Flat in Majorca : (+) : We stayed at Apartamento Bonaire and had a very good experience. The flat was just as it appears in the photos: clean, comfortable and with everything you need.
There is background music, but it always stops at 11 pm, so you can rest without any problems.
During our stay, the water heater broke, but it was completely fixed the next day, which shows how attentive and quick the team is.
The location is also excellent, ideal for getting around and enjoying the area.
In short, a highly recommended place to stay: beautiful, well located and with fast and attentive service.
Tanja le 03/05/2025nezapomenutelná dovolená : (+) : Ubytovali jsme se v apartmánu „Bonaire“ s úmyslem strávit pár klidných dní v Alcúdiu a byli jsme nadšení. Poloha je obzvláště příjemná: v klidné, velmi poklidné oblasti, což nám umožnilo odpočívat bez hluku a stresu. Zároveň to bylo jen kousek od služeb, pláže a vybavení, což bylo velmi pohodlné.
Jedna věc se nám velmi líbila: přímo naproti budově má kancelář potápěčská společnost. Bylo velmi snadné si výlet objednat a zážitek z pozorování mořského dna a šnorchlování byl fantastický – bonus, který naši dovolenou ještě více zpříjemnil.

The location is peaceful, right by the sea, with several great beaches within walking distance: this made our days both relaxing and enjoyable :).
Our host Joan was incredibly attentive and helped us with any questions and issues we had, providing detailed recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The apartments themselves were exactly as depicted in the photos—modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There were 5 of us and the flat is quite comfortable even for such a large group.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The combination of a peaceful location, excellent amenities, and a caring host made our vacation truly memorable :)
Adrian le 24/10/2023Den perfekta semestern i Apartamento Bonaire : (+) : Vi har haft en jätteskön vecka i denna underbara lägenheten. Den är smakfullt inredd och mycket bekväm med havsutsikt samt mycket rent och välskött.
Lägenheten ligger nära hamnområdet i Bonaire-kvarteret utanför Alcudia. Med gångavstånd till några fantastiska och mer okända sandstränder vid Pollensabukten och vacker utsikt över bergen, är den verkligen bra belägen. Vi hade allt vi behövde i grannskapet: Sola, bada och äta ute, allt finns där. I samma byggnad finns en välkänd restaurang där vi åt de bästa risottos, ofta följt av några cocktails i chill-out-loungen på andra sidan gatan.
Allt som allt har vi haft en jättemysig semester, och vi skulle definitivt komma tillbaka om tillfälle gavs! Vi tackar er så mycket för all er hjälp och goda service!
