Cette villa de construction récente offre un cadre idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Les 120 m² aménagés comprennent 3 chambres avec salles de bain privées, une cuisine indépendante entièrement équipée (vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, congélateur) et des espaces de vie confortables avec climatisation.
L'extérieur constitue le véritable atout du lieu : une terrasse de 40 m², un jardin clos avec mobilier, et la piscine privée (4x10 m) pour des baignades en toute intimité. Un barbecue permet de profiter agréablement des repas dehors. Côté pratique, la villa dispose d'une lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, WiFi et parking extérieur.

Wolfgang le 19/09/2025Wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in einem schönen Haus mit großem Grundstück und Pool. : (+) : Ruhige, einsame Lage am Naturschutzgebiet und trotzdem nahe den Stränden von Playa de Muro und Can Picafort.
Die Betten waren sehr gut und bequem. Die überdachte Terrasse erlaubte auch bei Regen draussen zu sitzen. Der Pool war top!
(-) : Die Küche, speziell die Küchenplatte sollte erneuert werden, ebenso die Türgriffe an den Küchenschränken. Die Schlaglöcher in den letzten 50-70 Metern Straße sollten beseitigt werden.

Excellent service from Maillorca Holiday Properties staff always available and very efficient.
(-) : Bedding/Matress are very old and need to be changed in all rooms.
A very bad smell was very distrurbing at the point it is impossible to stay outside.
Julia le 07/08/2024Ein schöner Urlaub : (+) : Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche mit zwei kleinen Kindern verbracht. Die finca und die Küche war super ausgestattet, es gab Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, auch etwas Spielzeug war vorhanden. Die Lage zum Strand einkaufen ist super, ein Auto wird allerdings benötigt. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur lief problemlos, vor Ort wurden wir nett von Xisco empfangen.
(-) : Was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war, ist das dir Straße die an der Finca vorbei führt von LKW befahren wird, die zum nahe gelegenen Klärwerk fahren. Das war etwas störend. Und je nachdem wie der Wind stand, roch es doch manchmal sehr unangenehm.

(-) : Ggf. mehr Handtücher anbieten und mehr Sonnenschutz im Poolbereich ermöglichen, Sichtschutz für Aussendusche, Angebot der Reinigung der Villa während des Aufenthalts

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wenn man etwas Ablenkung möchte, Alcudia, Can Picafort oder Cala Ratjada sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen! Es war eines der schönsten Häuser das wir je gebucht haben!

The house is very spacious and very well equipped, the pool and the garden with incredible Balinese bed. The communication with Lenka and Joan is very fast and efficient. They recommended some great restaurants and activities to do. We hope to return next year, HIghly recommended.

Christine le 30/08/2018Awesome house : (+) : We had a lovely stay in the house, Nice and clean house that has what it takes, located in a quiet area and short drive to the beach and to restaurantsof Can Picafort. The house is very spacious with a lovely pool and a great bbq area- we had tasty bbq every evening. The garden is gorgeous and perfect to relax on the sunbeds.We would throughly recommend the house and would definitely use it again

The garden is just stunning and a great place to relax as well.The pool and grounds are gorgeous and the bedrooms are spacious and extremely clean. There is a big supermarket on the way to Can Picafort to allow you to stock up for a relaxing stay at this location. Super recommend!

The property is a true reflection of its pictures, thoroughly modern. It has all the amenities you require for a week’s stay. The internet is quick there were 6 of us on it at times without any noticeable delay. Good tips for where to go on our vacation.
