birthdays in Mallorca : (+) : We stayed in this villa for a few days and were very satisfied. The flat is quiet, comfortable and spacious enough for the whole family. The area is really peaceful, ideal for relaxing without noisestress.

An important detail for us: one of the group had a broken leg and was still able to enjoy the holiday thanks to the good accessibility of the property and how easy it was to get around the area.

In addition, having shops, services and the beach within walking distance made everything much easier for us. In short, it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy Mallorca without any complications.

Our stay at Villa Calma was wonderful from start to finish. : (+) : Our stay at Villa Calma was wonderful from start to finish. The villa is spacious, bright and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. The private pool and garden provided the perfect spaces to relax after days spent at the beach and on excursions.

The location is excellent: in a quiet residential area of Can Picafort, a short walk from the beach and with shops and restaurants nearby, which made our daily plans much easier.

Overall, Villa Calma was an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Mallorca, with familyfriends, combining rest with activities near the sea.

Great for a family : (+) : The house has four comfortable rooms.
The external area is great.
The swimming pool is perfect when you have very young kids.
(-) : All kitchen appliances have room for improvement and should be replaced, but the most important one is the dishwasher.

Nice, spacious and well kept house : (+) : A perfect and very quiet place to spend a few days on that wonderful island. The friendliness and availability of Joan is immediate, the reception is super friendly and everything is taken care of in the house. No noise is heard at night, ideal for resting. Place was very spacious, had all essentials, close to the local amenities and sea side. The jacuzzi onthe garden is perfect. Thank you very much for your kindness and also for your flexibility with our delay on the first day! We had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended. Best regards.

Excellent friends holiday : (+) : We spent a week on March on Villa Calma. We are a group of 5 friends.The house was perfectly clean and equipment was really complete. We enjoyed a lot the jacuzzi. Beds were super comfy. Joan welcomed us very nicely (late and with some food waiting for us :)) and was really fast in communication. He has been flexible for the departure time which was really appreciated. The house is located few minutes driving distance from a supermarket open in winter time (a lot of supermarkets were closed). It is also close by a beach (5min walk). If you want cycling, the island is perfect and there are so many places to discover on the North and Can Picafort is a good location for different cycling routes. Also, keep in mind that in winter time, a lot of restaurants and activities are closed. So this house is perfect, in winter time, to enjoy a relax week at home including few tourist activities (walk in natural parks, wandering in villages and cycling) rather than a busy week visiting the complete island. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday, we look forward to staying in your beautiful home again!

Super! : (+) : We have been in this house for 7 days. It has been very nice experience! The house has everything that you feel as in your own home. Jacuzzi, beautiful outside area, bbq area, very nice. We have spent almost all the time outside of the house. Absolutly recommend it.

Super Urlaub! : (+) : Wir waren vor einiger Zeit in der Villa Calma und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Eine Villa mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir haben das Auto gemietet, aber Sie können perfekt ohne Auto sein. Wir fanden das Äußere des Hauses, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war großartig. Zögern Sie nicht, erneut über Mallorca Holiday Properties zu mieten. Es war eine angenehme Erfahrung.
