Gorgeous Villa on a quiet area : (+) : We loved our stay at the finca. The house ist gorgeous and you will find everything what you need there.The house is very clean and specious!! Very cute garden and kids could play freely without any worries! The pool was fantastic, also it was a little bit fresh in November ). In Ariany is a small supermarket and you find a lot of bigger supermarktes in Manacor (15 minutes). You definetly will need a rental car, but the house is a good starting point to explore the island. There exists a Management service, which cares about your stay and answers every of you questions. The communication was easy. We highly recommend this house! Thanks!

The most amazing location, gardens and pool. : (+) : My 6 friends and I had a great time in the villa! We enjoyed working out by the pool, having breakfast in the sun and the beach in Can Picafort! The accommodation is modern and new, all you need is there and it was incredibly good value. Mallorca Holiday Properties were also excellent hosts with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Amazing from start to finish! : (+) : We had a fantastic holiday at the villa, it was very well equipped with everything you might need, the pool was great, Ariany is a quiet town but it was just right for our relaxing week and we could drive to the coast, beaches etc within a 20 min drive, would return again for another tranquil stay.

Excelent from booking until arriving to the Vila : (+) : I can say without fear of being wrong, that the twelve-day stay in the villa has been the best experience of our lives, I was able to gather all my family distributed throughout the world and with my husband, my children and grandchildren enjoy “the trip of our dream ”, Joan and Lenka has contributed with their warmth so that everything is“ to enjoy ”the villa. We recommend this villa for family gatherings, friends. Better impossible!

Fantastisch : (+) : Sehr schönes Haus in der kleinen Stadt Ariany. ½ h mit dem Auto zum Strand, aber das macht den Pool wieder wett. 2 x lokale Geschäfte mit grundlegenden, größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es gibt auch einen lokalen Pool, freien Eintritt, auch sehr schön

Fantastic!! : (+) : We had a fantastic holiday at the villa, it was very well equipped with everything you might need, the pool was great and there was a lovely selection of fresh herbs in the garden, Ariany is a quiet town but it was just right for our relaxing week and we could drive to the coast, beaches etc within a 20 min drive, would return again for another tranquil stay

Wonderful house on the outskirts of the village Ariany : (+) : We had an amazing and relaxing stay on Mallorca. The villa is beautiful and very clean! It's nicely located on the countryside close to Ariany. There are a lot of fruit trees in the garden. The house incl. kitchen,bbq, bathroom is richly equipped - there's everything you might need (bed linen, towels, high chair, baby cot, fast WLan, sun lounger, ...). Supermarkets are as close as a 5min drive, however, you definitely need a car! Many beautiful, sandy beaches of the north are close by (15 min drive). Communication with Joan was nice, easy, and helpful! We would like to come back!! Thank you again!

Luxurious holidays on the countryside : (+) : We have had a wonderful time at Sa Canova d'Ariany and its beautiful surroundings. The house is beautifully arranged and perfectly clean and very well equipped. There is a very nice garden with beautiful terraces and many places to relax and lie in the sun. For our two children it was paradise, gardens, toys and the house of the great. The place is ideal to discover the typical towns of Majorca as well as its beautiful beaches and coves. We will come back here and recommend it!

Just Perfect!! : (+) : The house is located in a quiet area with lovely views. The house was great, the huge garden was awesome. There was plenty of space for us and for our kids in- and outdoors. We enjoyed the tranquility as well as the proximity of the coast. It's a great location to discover that part of the island without being too close to the touristy areas. Definitely a great choice, we can't wait to go again. We recommend the house highly.

Top Villa on the countryside : (+) : Absolutely lovely place, my family and I loved it. Very peaceful, beautiful, stylish, clean. We had some kind of BBQ dinner outside on the terrace every day. Place has it all, well equipped kitchen, bathroom had all the necessary little pieces, plenty of towels. We are dreaming of coming back.

Amazing House : (+) : Wonderful country house, very new with all the comforts. The great pool and the top bbq. Everything is perfect even better than the pictures, it is in a very quiet area and perfect to enjoy a family holidays, the children enjoyed the playground and the little house in the tree. Highly recommended
