La terrasse et le balcon prolongent naturellement les espaces de vie pour profiter de la vue. Un ascenseur facilite l'accès, tandis que climatisation et chauffage par pompe à chaleur assurent votre confort toute l'année.
L'emplacement est idéal : à seulement 55 m de la plage de sable, à proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurants (Gran Cafe 1919 à 5 m, Restaurante los Faroles à 200 m). Lanette le 22/07/2024The best location! : (+) : Beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. Unit is large and comfortable, suitable for families. Tons of natural light and beautiful views of the port complete with a wrap around balcony. Ideal location, plenty of restaurants and beach within walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Playa de Muro is just a short ride away. Can’t wait to return!

Daan le 26/03/2024Perfect stay. Best location of the village. Great apartment for 8 persons. Kitchen very good equipped. : (-) : Some days, the bathrooms really smell due to the dry sewage system. Maybe add some air fresheners. Not the accommodations fault, but could inprove the stay!

Lovely views and big windows.
Located close to a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance.
(-) : Noisy in the evening/early morning if the windows are open (we visited in October so air con wasn't necessary).
The mattress on the bed in the bedroom by the kitchen was too soft, causing backache and the plumbing in the on-suite bathroom was smelly until we put bleach down.
The addition of a few dishwasher tablets would have been nice, but overall it was ideal for us.

Peter checked us in and out and was very accommodating.
(-) : The boiler off the front bedroom was super noisy! Also the bed in the front room was very creaky.

Especially a THANK YOU to Lenka the person who recommended this property has been very attentive, professional at all times! It has been a great pleasure to deal with it. Joan, the person who has received us, have been very kind, he recommend many places to see, thanks to him we have been able to enjoy everything. The apartment is spectacular, we have been cyclism we were 6 people, very well equipped kitchen, all brand new, very comfortable beds, large living room a breakfast table in the kitchen has been great. Up on the outside terrace is nice BBQ with views that are priceless. We have spent several sunsets and I assure you that this apartment is just perfect !!! Thanks again it has been a pleasure.

The sitting room was very comfortable with lots of natural light. Bedroom and bathroom were perfect. There is a lots of shops/supermarket/restaurants at walking distance.
