Casa JoCa Pueblo is located on the edge of the old village of Benalmádena-Pueblo, above the touristy Benalmádena Costa. Pueblo is the old authentic white village with its atmospheric squares, narrow streets and steep stairways. The flat is part of a small apartment complex, where mostly locals live.
The flat has an underground and closed parking garage, where two parking spaces belong to the apartment. The lift takes you to the 1st floor, where the apartment's large covered terrace overlooks the city and Mediterranean Sea. The entire flat is ground floor. Both the living room and the master bedroom offer access to the terrace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) and a full bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. Air conditioning is available throughout the flat. On cold evenings in the winter season, it additionally acts as a heater. Fast WiFi is also available throughout the flat.
Apart from the fully equipped and covered terrace (with dining area and lounge area), the communal outdoor area can also be used. Here is also the swimming pool that can be used during the summer season.
The flat is 15 car minutes from Malaga airport. The flat is also easy to reach by public transport from the airport. The bus stop is around the corner. Nearby are all the facilities of the attractive city centre: restaurants, banks, supermarkets, etc. Check-in between 16:00 and 22:00.
Both the coast and the hinterland are easily accessible. From Malaga to Fuengirola, you will find beautiful sandy beaches all along the coast. Benalmadena's promenade is long and extensive, and Benalmádena's luxurious port offers plenty of cheap restaurants. Coastal towns such as Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas Costa are well worth one or more visits, while inland, Mijas Pueblo is well worth a visit. Large cities like Marbella, Malaga, Granada, Ronda and Gibraltar are easily accessible by car.
