Cette maison de 50 m² rénovée en 2021 allie confort moderne et localisation stratégique. L'accès s'effectue par un escalier menant au salon-salle à manger, équipé d'une cuisine américaine avec plaque à induction, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière et grille-pain. Le salon accueille un canapé, une smart TV et une connexion WiFi 300 Mo, le tout climatisé avec pompe à chaleur et double vitrage pour un confort optimal.
Les deux chambres lumineuses offrent une chambre principale avec lit double et une seconde avec deux lits individuels (dont un pliant) et un bureau. De la deuxième chambre, accès à une cour intérieure couverte avec plaque électrique pour les repas en plein air. La terrasse de 30 m² avec mobilier de jardin invite à profiter du climat andalou.
Situé à moins de 100 m du centre-ville et des commerces, le logement propose lave-linge, sèche-cheveux et prises USB. Le stationnement à proximité est limité, mais des places sont disponibles à 500 m. Proche des transports en commun et en position idéale pour explorer Malaga, le Caminito del Rey et l'intérieur régional.

Para aparcar hay 3 pequeños estacionamientos descubiertos gratuitos cerca del piso, el pueblo está muy bien ubicado y con personas muy agradables.

Aunque las comunicaciones de Cubos Holidays fueron un poco frías y con muchas condiciones extras que no se mencionaban en el anuncio de , nuestro anfitrión Antonio nos dio todo tipo de facilidades en cuanto a la llegada, fianza etc… Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento

le 07/09/2023(+) : Appartamento restaurato da poco, molto carino e confortevole, con ogni tipo di elettrodomestico, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, micoonde.Nel centro storico di Cartama si sta bene, il paese è tranquillo e caratteristico, con l'autostrada (gratuita) a due passi che ti porta ovunque.L'host Antonio è molto cordiale e disponibile, anche se parla solo lo spagnolo.Andateci e non ve ne pentirete!

Antonio was a good host and when we had a small problem he solved it quickly. It was handy that he runs the little fruit and veg shop nearby. Top drawer decor, air con and so on
Traduire cet avis ? le 29/05/2022(+) : A well equipped delightful airy modern apartment in the centre of town. To be awoken by the church bells and chirping of birds was glorious. The locals are very friendly and everything is in walking distance, some of the streets are steep. If you want to immerse yourself in local spanish life and explore all the narrow streets, there are no touristscrowds. There is a also a park for the kids, outdoor exercise area and shady benches to keep out of the sun. I visited on my own and felt very safe. A great experience and cannot wait to return.
Traduire cet avis ? le 31/03/2022(+) : Apartment was just as described and as it appears in the pictures.The interior was recently renovated so furnishings and decor appear very new and fresh.Cleanliness was of a very high standard, and apartment was well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and cleaning products which was useful for a longer stay.Check-in was arranged in advance with Antonio, who advised he was available throughout my stay should any problems arise (although I didn't require to call on him.)

I didn't use the back patio at all, but perhaps in warmer weather I would. I had a few queries which came up and Charlie was so great about responding to me straight away. Antonio was also very helpful with checking me in and he and his wife run a fruit market below which is quite handy.
