Cet appartement rénové de 35m² accueille 4 personnes dans un cadre montagnard authentique. Il se compose d'une chambre avec lit double (160×200), d'une cabine avec lit superposé (2 couchages simples 90×190), d'un séjour avec canapés et télévision, et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes séparées. La cuisine ouverte est équipée d'un four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et plaque à induction.
La grande terrasse expose l'appartement à l'est et offre une vue dégagée depuis le rez-de-chaussée. Vous bénéficiez du WiFi, d'un lave-linge, et d'un casier à ski situé au rez-de-chaussée de la résidence. Situé à deux pas des pistes et du lac (moins de 500m), l'appartement est également proche des commerces, du centre-ville et de l'ESF.
Classé 3*** en meublé de tourisme, c'est un logement non-fumeur où les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. En hiver, profitez de tarifs préférentiels sur les forfaits Tignes et Val d'Isère.
Pellissard A. le 15/08/2025Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement, très bien équipé avec des éléments de qualité. Rez de chaussée très pratique avec terrasse pour les vélos et accès à l'espace jeu du lac très facile, en quelques minutes.

It's not ski in and ski out but you will only be a short walk from the lifts. It is on the ground floor and we did feel a little on display but that's a happy trade as the large windows give you great views across the valley.
We really enjoyed this apartment one of the best we have stayed in over the years.
Kevin D. le 09/02/2025Overall, this is a nice apartment with a good ski locker, nice finishes, quality cookware and kitchen knives, and good location close to shops. However, I wouldn’t exactly call it “ski in/ski out” if anything, you can ski in if there is snow on the road, but you will be walking to the slopes. Not far, thankfully.
The apartment is owned by poplidays but managed by Mountain Collection. MC was very helpful and communicative, but also charges a €700 deposit on the unit and required us to clean the apartment as we found it. I’d much rather just pay a cleaning fee than scrub a toilet (which I did, in fact, scrub the toilet). Especially because the shower drain was full of hair when we arrived. The agency will also charge you a rental for linens, and you will most likely have to buy oil, spices, paper towels and toilet paper.
I’d stay here again but I recommend to the owner that you change the way your cleaning policy works because people on holiday shouldn’t be designated as custodians
Guest AirBnB le 22/01/2024Lovely stay in this apartment. Comfortable beds. Good location. Some difficulty initially in finding the ski locker allocated to the apartment and this took multiple calls to sort out. All staff were friendly though. Would stay again and recommend.
