Cet appartement neuf de 170 m² conjugue le confort contemporain et l'authenticité savoyarde. Au 2e étage de la résidence, il offre un grand séjour avec cheminée (bois inclus) et accès à un balcon orienté Sud-Est, avec vue sur le village et les pistes de Solaise. La cuisine ouverte est complètement équipée : lave-vaisselle, four, plaques à induction, micro-ondes, cave à vin, ainsi que petit électroménager (Nespresso, appareil à raclette, grille-pain).
Les quatre chambres disposent chacune d'une salle de bain attenante ou en suite. La chambre maître propose un lit 180×200 cm, dressing et double vasque. Trois autres chambres offrent des configurations variées : lits jumeaux ou lits doubles. Un espace buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge complète l'équipement. Le garage fermé accueille 2 véhicules ; un casier à skis avec sèche-chaussures facilite l'accès aux pistes, à environ 500-1000 m.
Les services inclus garantissent un séjour sans souci : accueil avec champagne et spécialités savoyardes, linge fourni et fait à l'arrivée, ménage bi-hebdomadaire (lundi et jeudi). Une conciergerie haut de gamme propose des prestations complémentaires sur demande.

Excellent Facilities & Fully Equipped: The apartment is modern, well-maintained, and comes with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Convenient Ski Locker & Parking: The ski locker on the ground floor is a great addition, making ski storage hassle-free. The availability of parking is also a big plus.
Clean & Nicely Decorated: The apartment was spotless upon arrival, tastefully decorated, and well-structured, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere.
Our stay at the apartment in Val d'Isère had both positives and negatives, but unfortunately, a few significant issues made our experience less enjoyable.
Problematic Bedroom Layout
One of the four bedrooms was disappointing and not as described. It had two extremely small single beds, which were unsuitable for adults—something that was not mentioned in the listing. While the shower was ensuite, the toilet was located outside the room, which was inconvenient. This room would only be suitable for young children, not for adults.
Dangerous Entrance Access
The entrance to the building was another major issue. There was a narrow pedestrian pathway next to the main gate, allowing access to the yard. However, during our stay in winter, this path was permanently covered in ice, creating a serious safety hazard. Two members of our group slipped and fell; one of them suffered a broken hand, forcing her to cancel her ski holiday and return home. This is unacceptable for a ski resort where icy conditions are expected, and proper maintenance should be ensured to prevent accidents.
While the apartment had its good points, these issues significantly impacted our stay. If the management addresses these concerns, it could greatly improve the experience for future guests.

Guest AirBnB le 01/04/2024Located very close to the slopes, 4 minute walk to the Bellevarde chair and Olympique gondola. By far the nicest AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Had high end finishes and amenities you don’t see in typical rentals. Very big and unbelievably well equipped for all your needs. Ski locker was very big and held 4 sets of skis and a snowboard with boots, helmets and gloves with plenty of room to spare.The only minor complaint is the bar on the first floor can get noisy on the weekends but was only a problem for the primary bedroom, the other bedrooms didn’t notice at all. This in NO WAY would prevent me from coming back in the future. If we come back to Val d’Iser we will be booking this place again. No hesitation.
