Ce chalet semi-indépendant déploie ses 180 m² sur 5 niveaux dans le secteur résidentiel des Carats. Au cœur du bien, un grand salon avec cheminée et baies vitrées panoramiques (exposition Est-Sud) ouvre sur la terrasse très ensoleillée, véritable atout du lieu avec sa vue dégagée sur le village et les montagnes.
Trois chambres accueillent confortablement 6 personnes : la chambre maître dispose d'un lit double 200×190 cm, salle de bain balnéo avec sauna intégré et WC séparés ; deux autres chambres avec lits doubles 160×190 cm partagent une salle de bain équipée. Deux cuisines entièrement outillées (fours, tables vitrocéramiques, lave-vaisselle, petit électroménager varié) facilitent la vie quotidienne. Le local à ski chauffé et privatif avec fauteuils garantit confort et praticité. Lits faits à l'arrivée, ménage et draps inclus. Une place de parking extérieure complète l'équipement. WiFi, chauffage et services de conciergerie haut de gamme complètent l'offre.
James C. le 22/02/2026Great family stay in this excellent apartment : Could have done with a smart TV. There was a big TV in there but it was not a smart TV so could only get French TV channels in the evening. Its a small touch and smart TV aren't expensive these days
Great triplex apartment with wonderful views and plenty of space. Master bedroom on the top floor was huge and the ensuite bathroom had a sauna. Was possible to ski out directly in the morning from the end of the road. Could ski back to the apartment if you are able to ski down the Face de Bellevarde
Pablo M. le 05/02/2026Todo muy bien instalaciones y servicios, unicamente dificil de resolver necesidades extraoridnarias como que no nos compartieron en la oficina local la clave del wifi y el fallo del suministro electrico que pedimos apoyo al anfitrion y nos reenviaba a la oficina local, además de que se termina el agua caliente muy rapido.
Todo lo demás excelente.

Great ski in ski out chalet, the ski in is a an epic black that can get icy in the afternoon so watch out. Spacious and in a nice area close to the center of town.

There is no option for early check-in, late check out or bag storage so you will have to go store your luggage at Le Garage then walk or cab. Some of the lights didn’t work.

The chalet is a good 10 minute walk uphill from the agency where you pick up your keys. On our transfer day, as we arrived before 5pm (the official key check in time) we had to drop our bags off at Le Garage (a local restaurant offering a place to leave our bags) and then pick up our keys, and as there were no taxis available, we had to carry all our baggage to the chalet. It would have been helpful if this could have been communicated to us before we arrived so we could have sorted out baggage carriage.
