The apartment was clean and homey. The location was quite far from the center and though very quiet area, you could hear cars and bus on the road below. The people in the office were really nice and attentive.

L'emplacement est parfait. Situé sur l'un des arrêts de la ligne de métro avec les meilleures connexions, avec des supermarchés et des cafés à proximité, des parcs à proximité idéal pour la marche et le jogging. La taille de l'appartement avec deux chambres, la salle de bain et un petit salon avec cuisine était juste suffisante. Le personnel de la réception était très sympathique.

Me alojé en un apartamento ya que tenía que visitar a un familiar cerca de la clínica Teknon. Por proximidad el piso está a 10 minutos en coche y además tienen parking en la misma finca. Todo estaba muy limpio además que es una zona tranquila donde no hay mucho ruido. Totalmente recomendable!

This apartment is stunning! We walked to every location that the host showed us on the map they provided. There are so many food options and the host recommendations weRE fantastic! I would say ideal for a couple who want a get away in Barcelona but can easily have 4 people comfortably stay in the apartment (may just have to fight for the big bed).

The appartement is so beautiful you’ll fall in love with it. Right in the heart of the city, once you get there you won’t need transportation everything is within walking distance. Estamos muy contentos con nuestra estadía. El departamento es tal como se ve en las imágenes, amplio, espacioso, luminoso y muy cómodo. Lo han estado arreglando previo a nuestra llegada. Toni la persona del Chek in muy simpático! Estamos muy agradecidos por su excelente predisposición. El Barrio de Sarria-San Gervasi es uno de los mejores de Barcelona, a nuestro gusto. Tiene miles de lugares para salir a comer, ir de tapas, tomar unos tragos, hacer compras... y la onda de la gente es buenísima! Muy recomendable el departamento, el anfitrión y el barrio!

Overall a very good experience. I did request a few extra pillows as the ones we had were worn out and flat. The pillows never came. I also reported that the window shade in living room was stuck in closed position, that was not fixed either. Other than those two things, everything else was great. We wanted to be in a quieter neighbourhood, so this was perfect.

Excellent choice for a long-term lease (cannot imagine why it wouldn't be for a short-term one as well). I stayed four weeks while a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Barcelona Law School. All booking issues (online, payment, check-in/check-out, etc.) were handled smoothly and easily. The apartment, small by US standards, was clean, comfortable, very well equipped and accommodates 2/3 (two bedrooms, double and single). Location perfect for me (and my wife when she visited). H6 (or 70) bus close (directly to UB Law) and easy connection to Metro (easier for me to Maria Cristina station). Full supermarket (Condis) within two blocks and two restaurants where reservations not required are close (Japanese across street and Arcadios within 3 blocks). Incredibly responsive staff always available. Only downside - no TV channels in English, especially news/info offerings (a real bummer for a monolingual American!). Staff did provide guidance to "resetting" some movie channels to original

We loved the decore very modern, easy to find fantastic location, walking distance to everything,they even had a proper good hairdryer thats such a bonus for girls, washing machine there for towles etc, really comfortable beds.

I enjoyed our stay, however, some small things were not ok. We had to move between 2 appartnents after first day. Appartment was nice and in good residential area with quick connection to center and beach
