Hi,
We stayed in the appartment during holdays in October-November 2025. (29/10-2/11)
If I have to be honest, I have to underline that the apartment is in urgent need of renovation. The common areas: the entrance hall needs to be renovated. This does not give a good first impression for a tourist. The elevator also needs to be renovated and cleaned regularly, which is not the case now.
Furthermore, the apartment itself is very well furnished and there is plenty of space but the insonorization is very poor. If there is traffic in the street during the night, the bus will drive into your bedroom, so to speak, and you will hear the noise in other apartments as if you were there. The bathroom also needs urgent renovation because the ceiling is not solid and needs to be reconsidered. This bathroom is too low in terms of ceiling height, because a large person cannot stand up in the shower.
The apartment is a bit decrepit and therefore urgently needs an update.
But in terms of hygiene, there is nothing to complain about and the neighborhood is certainly ok. What was once a very nice new design apartment (as it is presented in the photos) is now somewhat worn out. So the photos give a different idea than reality.
So renovation is needed.

P.S. In addition, the check-in at My Space Barcelona is too complicated and too many emails are sent out by My Space Barcelona in advance. One or two emails is more than enough.
The electronic check-in is also very complicated and requires a lot of work to complete. So make the electronic check-in procedure much simpler and the communication clearer and structured. I think some chat boxes take work over but for a tourist is really frustrating.
Also the access of the building has to be simple. Otherwise you need a smartphone that has a full battery whole day. When you walk in Barcelona with a smartphone Google maps is your best friend and at the end of the day your battery is not full anymore.

Location was good, rooms were clean but (1), bulbs were out in bedroom and hall, (2), no extra toilet rolls, half roll for two nights 3 days is not enough, (3) shower gel of 5 ml for 3 people for 3 days? (4) The big gas burner was not working (5) the oven door was defective as all the air was coming out and it took double the time to grill the food. (6) The pans are worn out, so had to buy a new pan to cook. (7) for 6 people flat, no latch on the bathroom door, kept us on edge.

Lovely spacious apartment in a lovely ‘locals’ area of Barcelona. Several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby and very close to bus routes taking you directly to the centre of Barcelona. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting Barcelona.

Perfectly located! 5 minutes walking distance from bus stops and metro station.
Slightly away of main tourist’s roads so we had a quiet and comfortable stay.
A lot of restaurants, bars and bakeries in the neighborhood to enjoy the flavors of Spain.
The staff was very helpful.

No podría pedir una mejor ubicación. Muy céntrico y el barrio se sentía seguro. Cerca de muchos restaurantes. El piso estaba limpio y era exactamente igual a las fotos. El personal que nos atendió fueron todos serviciales y amables. Volvería a alojarme en este lugar sin lugar a dudas!

Sin duda, es la mejor opción para visitar Barcelona en familia. Tiene muy buenas instalaciones y sobre todo la fabulosa atención que brindan los dueños, te hacen sentirte como en casa, percibes su vocación para que el cliente disfrute y se encuentre a gusto.
