Cet appartement de 34 m² climatisé offre un séjour confortable pour deux à quatre personnes. L'espace comprend un séjour/salle à manger avec canapé lit et télévision, une cuisine américaine aménagée avec lave-vaisselle, plaque électrique et réfrigérateur, ainsi qu'une chambre avec lit 140x190. La salle d'eau et les toilettes indépendants complètent l'équipement. Une terrasse permet de profiter de la vue mer.
Le confort est assuré par la climatisation, le chauffage, le WiFi inclus, ainsi que le lave-linge et le fer à repasser. Ménage, linge de lit et serviettes sont fournis. L'accès à la piscine de la résidence, ouverte toute l'année, s'ajoute aux services proposés.
Situé à 5 minutes de la gare de Garavan, l'appartement bénéficie d'une localisation privilégiée dans un quartier apprécié pour son ensoleillement. GREAT STUDIO & LOCATION:
APARTMENT:
Lovely and cosy studio with great views over the sea, hills, and Menton itself. Fully equipped with all the essentials, especially the dishwasher, washing machine, hob, microwave, and fridge. Everything you need for having comfortable holidays! There is also a great shared pool (max. ~3m deep) in the residential area.
LOCATION:
The centre of Menton is ~5 min. by car. The botanical garden and local park are ~10 min. on foot. Italy is just down the road. We popped over to Ventimiglia (~15 min. by car) for groceries (Eurospin, Lidl, Coop). Our flat didn't have a parking space, but you can still park in the blue zones on the road (€15/week on PayByPhone app). The area is a bit hilly, including the access to the flat, but the views more than make up for it.

Had really good communication with Virginie from ORPI Agency. Received all the information we needed by email, especially the details about the flat, key collection, and other helpful tips. Everything was clear and easy to follow!
A FEW THINGS TO IMPROVE:
1. Would be great to have clearer communication between ORPI Agency and La Grande Résidence management about any planned maintenance in the residence and especially in the apartment, so the guests could be informed in advance. On our second day, workmen came around to replace the door phones in most of the flats. We hadn’t been told about it and didn’t see any notices around the building. The person from La Grande Residence management tried to enter our flat using a key after a quick knock, while we were still sleeping. Luckily, I had left the key in the lock from the inside, so nobody could get in. I managed to speak in basic French with them, so the door phone got replaced in the end.
2. When we arrived, some of the plates weren’t properly cleaned and some were a bit sticky, so we ran them through the dishwasher again. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom, nearly empty bottle mixed with water. However, these minor things didn't really have any negative impact on our stay in this nice apartment!
