Cet appartement de 60 m² combine confort et praticité pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Il comprend un salon avec télévision et salle à manger ouvrant sur un balcon avec vue sur la vallée, ainsi qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, plaques vitrocéramique, four, cafetière Nespresso).
Les trois espaces de couchage offrent de la flexibilité : une chambre avec lit double et salle de bains, une seconde chambre avec lits superposés et salle de douche, et une alcôve montagne équipée de lits superposés. Le lave-linge intégré facilite les séjours prolongés.
L'accès au garage et le casier à skis dédié simplifient l'organisation. Localisé à moins de 100 m des pistes et au cœur de la station, l'appartement bénéficie d'une proximité immédiate aux équipements. Le wifi et le chauffage complètent cet équipement pensé pour le confort. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis ; le ménage de départ est inclus.
Andrew W. le 29/03/2025A hidden gem in Courchevel. I have stayed in apartments all over the 3 valleys including in 1850 before. The apartments location is superb, directly opposite the K2 Palace. It is a moments walk to the lifts and a short walk into the village centre.
The apartment is much bigger than the impression you get from the pictures and could easily accommodate 6 people. There is also a lot of storage within the apartment. The ski locker is helpfully located right outside the front door so there is no need to lug skis/boots up and downstairs.
Checkin is superb with the hosts accompanying you directly to the apartment along with a welcome tour. They even offered to help with our bags.
Finally there is parking outside the property on a heated driveway so no need to shovel show at the end of the week.
Overall i highly recommend this apartment and will certainly be staying again on my next trip to the 3 valleys.
Nik G. le 09/03/2025Lovely week in comfortable/accommodating/relatively inexpensive(for 1850) apartment in super ski-convenient loc : The view over Vanoise is incredible. Although this is northish so balcony not a sun trap. 50m from Cospilot piste, so ski convenience is amazing for both setting off and coming home. GF location in block makes it the very most convenient. Ski locker(private) on GF too. We liked that that flat is v comfortable and understated. Spacious lounge. Great water pressure, endless hot. 2 bathrooms; 1 with w/c and shower other with bath and w/c, neither en-suite so maximum flexibility. Useful garage with electric door. Also really quite good value for 1850. (Master plus 2 bunk rooms so sleeps 6. Was v comfy for us 3, bit of a squeeze for 6 but thoroughly doable) we really enjoyed staying here .
Though location is beautiful and rue des clarines is v attractive spot; it is the main route to and around this part of the village, so there is a bit of road noise. Not hideous. We weren’t super-keen on the pillows; bit light. Oven works fine but is hard to decipher. Kitchen a bit small, but not unusual.
