Cet appartement de 40 m² situé au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur) propose un aménagement pensé pour les familles et groupes. La kitchenette, équipée de 4 plaques, four grill-micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur, ouvre par passe-plats sur le séjour avec coin repas et canapé-lit 2 personnes. Les deux chambres accueillent un lit double 140×200 cm et des lits superposés 1 personne avec placard de rangement.
Le premier balcon sud-ouest du séjour bénéficie d'une belle exposition lumineuse, complété par un second balcon est en chambre 2. La salle de bains dispose d'une baignoire et d'un sèche-serviettes ; WC indépendants. Le lave-linge facilite les longs séjours.
Proche du centre-ville, des commerces, des pistes de ski (à 101-500 m) et de l'école de ski, l'appartement offre un accès direct à Morzine. Chauffage central, wifi inclus, casier à skis et parking extérieur complètent l'offre. Draps, serviettes et ménage de fin de séjour sont en option.

There was plenty of hot water, the kitchen was reasonably well equipped and the apartment did not feel too small. In our first shop, we bought pods for the coffee machine which did not work (sounded like the pump had gone). We tried everything to access the Wi-Fi, without success. That was rather disappointing to say the least. Big roaming fees instead. The ski locker had a large padlock on it which meant that boots and skis had to be carried up three flights of stairs to the balcony of the apartment. So what could’ve been a very nice stay in a reasonably comfortable apartment in a good location was marred by things which were advertised as part of the booking and were not provided. We hoovered on our departure but could not mop as the mop bucket was so badly cracked. It would not hold water. It wasdifficult to understand how these things were not spotted before the flat was let.

It seemed to only get a corner hot, no matter what setting the thermostat was on. There was only me and my son who stayed, but price was expensive.
This appartment had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped from what I could see and the beds, pillows and quilts are comfy. Location is about a ten minute walk ( in ski boots ) to the Super Morzine lift to Avoriaz. There is a supermarket directly opposite and a Ski Set about a 3/4 minute walk away towards the town center.
