Cette maison mitoyenne de 3 étages offre un accès direct à la plage avec vue mer depuis plusieurs espaces. Le rez-de-chaussée accueille un salon-salle à manger ouvert sur une terrasse aménagée (store et mobilier inclus), ainsi qu'une cuisine américaine donnant sur le patio arrière où stationner le véhicule. Au premier étage se trouvent trois chambres : une avec lit double, une avec lit simple et une avec deux lits simples, desservies par une salle de bain avec douche. Le deuxième étage (grenier) propose un spacieux bureau avec lavabo et accès à une terrasse offrant une vue directe sur la plage.
Tout le logement bénéficie de la climatisation (système split) et de la connexion Wi-Fi. La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque vitrocéramique, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, machine à café et grille-pain. Le linge-linge, fer à repasser et télévision complètent le confort. Chaque espace dispose d'une entrée et d'une salle de bain privée.

El personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para responder a nuestras preguntas. Siempre que tuvimos algún problema, nos ayudaron de inmediato y, sobre todo, con amabilidad. Muchas gracias por ello.

Amine B. le 27/04/2025(+) : Great experience. amaxing property with direct access to the beach - only need to cross a small non-busy road to find yourself in the beach. strip of natural reserve along the beach contains amazinf fauna and flaura. property very well equiepped - kitchen well equipped. beds comfortable. very queen study at the top with sea view and even the toilet comes with a sea view. great for relaxing, families and couples and even digital nomads. I was able to do some work in the morning before kids wake up after coffee and walk on the beach. loved it!

Newly renovated house with all the equipment you need, comfortable beds, balconies and a terrace with an amazing view of the sea. Exit to the “private” beach. Quiet peace and the sound of the sea. Staff friendly and helpful.
Definitely a location for demanding quality.
