The apartment was exactly like the pictures , amazing !!!! there is only one full bathroom for the entire house , (and 1 small half bathroom). we were 4 people, and it took some coordinating in that regards. There are 2 big supermarkets within 2 short blocks ,and walking distance to Torremolinos Town Center , restaurants and train. The host was absolutely amazing, our contact was Miguel , who was very proactive , responsable and very helpful, he responded almost instantly (thank you for that ) for any questions or needs. I would recommend this place, we felt very comfortable .

The property is owned by the agency. Before the check-in, you will get the link for the information upload: addresses, passports, e-mails, telephone numbers of each person. Cleaning fee 53eur, deposit 200eur - you must pay via payment link provided. Without it - no check-in info will be provided. It was a surprise for us, because there were no information about it provided. Apartment itself is renovated, but it is not new so far. Third bedroom is very small, not equipped comfortably. Air conditioners were not working. Instead there were heaters in the rooms. In spring in Spain, in the evenings it is quite chill in the apartment. In the summer it should be ok of course. There is car maintenance repair service downstairs-just below the windows of the 3-rd apartment. So, it is always lots sf sounds from there. Apartment is not sunny, so in spring it is chill, in summer - might be an advantage. Big public parking is just besides the building, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi is in walkable distance.

This airbnb is very clean, However there were hidden charges which me and my friends weren’t aware of. The location is alright but pretty far from the central. The host was very quick with her responses but there was a language barrier and didn’t understand what we were saying half the time. The door lock is the most difficult thing to unlock everytime me and my friends tried to open it it would take us around 20 minutes to open the door and another thing which didn’t sit right with me is the on the website it said we can check out max at 10pm and then a couple days later the host said its 10am and its an error but our flight was at 10pm and we just wanted to leave our luggage’s at the airbnb , we obviously wouldn’t have booked this place if that was the case. Will not be staying here again.
