Anna S. le 26/07/2026diane le 03/07/2026The appartment is in a good neighbourhood, modern but lacked basic facilities. : On the surface,the cleaning looked o.k. but when we walked around with no shoes on it was clear it hadnt been mopped.On further inspection, the oven still had dried on food on the rack,the skirting boards had thick dust in every room. The bathroom had one wall which had orange runs down it ( looked like someone had sprayed it with something)..
The furniture on the terrace had been covered with a tarpaulin but when removed the cushions where dirty with stains from dried bird poo.
The basic facilities for a holiday let where lacking.
There where no kitchen knives, corkscrew,iron/ironing board,basic utensils like pizza cutter,garlic press,pasta bowls,hairdryer,small pan.large spoons for serving up meals.
There was no cupboard for food! Just the fridge.
There where alot of unnessacery items like 8 large and 8 small plates,16 knives & forks, 20 glasses. Etc. The appartment only sleeps 2 people.
The location is equidistant to old town and beach. Its in a quite block ,second floor, facing north into a carpark with landscaped grounds.Because it faces north it is perfect for sitting out on the covered terrace and staying cool plus stops the appartment from getting too hot .The blinds are electronic and u can have them completely down ( like black out blinds) or tilted so you have daylight coming in. Both the main area and bedroom had quiet aircon . The shower was seperate to the bathroom with all modern facilities.The appliances where quality bosch and instructions on how to work them where all in a cupboard. Wifi excellent.

There is a gated parking space below the appartment and an internal bike rack .

Dominique le 27/07/2025A l arrivées pas d eau chaude, pas de clim et surtout la télé ne fonctionne pas, la box est dans le placard
