Situated directly on the ski slope, the apartment offers ski-in/ski-out comfort in winter as well as a perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking tours in summer. The cozy ground-floor apartment features a sunny terrace with comfortable seating, where one can fully enjoy the impressive mountain scenery. A parking space in the underground garage is also available.
This beautiful 3.5-room holiday apartment offers the highest level of comfort and stylish furnishings. The bright, tastefully decorated living room features direct access to a covered garden seating area and creates a cozy atmosphere for relaxing, thanks to its spacious layout and breathtaking views. The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms – one with a shower/WC and one with a bathtub/shower/WC – providing maximum convenience. A special highlight is the generously sized, south-facing garden seating area, offering stunning views of the Lenzerheide mountain landscape and Lake Heidsee. In the basement, a ski room and a shared laundry room are available. The apartment also includes two spacious underground parking spaces. The ski slope runs directly past the building, allowing for true ski-in/ski-out access – perfect for winter sports enthusiasts.

Le prix total de la réservation est facturé si l’annulation est notifiée plus tard que le 2ème jour avant le début du séjour ou de non-présentation.
Dans tous les cas, l’annulation devra être d’abord communiquée par téléphone et confirmée ensuite par écrit (courrier ou email).
Les annulations SANS FRAIS (hors frais de dossier et assurance) sont uniquement possibles si vous souscrivez à l'assurance annulation gratuite, qui vous permet d'être couverts en cas de maladie grave, hospitalisation, décès... à condition de fournir un justificatif.
