Niché au deuxième étage d'un immeuble ancien, cet appartement conjugue authenticité et confort moderne. Les trois chambres spacieuses, chacune dotée d'un lit double, accueillent confortablement six personnes. Les poutres apparentes confèrent du caractère à l'ensemble, tandis que deux salles d'eau modernes assurent praticité et détente.
La cuisine entièrement équipée (plaque à induction, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, machine à café) s'ouvre sur un salon cosy et une salle à manger conviviale, parfaits pour partager des repas en famille. Chauffage, lave-linge, fer à repasser et télévision complètent l'équipement. Une place de stationnement en sous-gel est incluse—un atout majeur en centre-ville.
Situé à quelques pas des commerces et de l'animation locale, l'appartement bénéficie d'une rue paisible garantissant tranquillité et détente. Linge de lit, linge de toilette, ménage de fin de séjour, charges et WiFi sont compris. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont disponibles. Accès autonome par boîte à clés.

And get inside were excellent. You do need to go up a cement spiral staircase which would be an issue for mobility challenged individuals. The location is right in old town and close to little Venice. I would definitely return.

You are right in the heart of old Colmar but located in a peaceful building. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment is very spacious and has all you need. Please note though that the car parking space is only suitable for a small car. After some interesting challenges negotiating the old town by car, we found a parking station about 10 minutes walk away instead. Only 3 euros a day- Parking Saint Josse. Sort the parking and then relax and have a wonderful time in this amazing place!

Kirill U. le 12/04/2026First, the good - the apartment is phenomenal. Right in the center of the old town, but tucked into a small alley in a very quiet building. The building itself is old and full of history, but at the same time apartment is nicely remodeled - bathrooms are top-notch and very modern. We appreciated the ease of checking in and having a parking spot in a garage 1 minute away was very nice. Apartment was also very clean.
Now, the not so good. There was a problem with one of the toilets (clogged) and the management company was not able to resolve the issue. We only stayed for 4 nights, but couldn't use one of the toilets during our stay. It would've been nice to have things like shampoo, shower gel, and at least some minimal kitchen amenities - coffee, bottled water, etc. 90% of apartments where we stay at provide these things.
Overall, we felt that the management company could have done a slightly better job and then it would've been a real 5-star experience.

Mükemmel konumu, her sorunuza anında cevap veren mükemmel personelleri , her şey sizin için onlar tarafından önceden düşünülmüş, siz sadece tatilinize bakın.
Tertemiz konforlu sıcacık mükemmel bir ev.

Bütün her şeyi çok iyi organize etti.
Tam Noel pazarının ortasında çok keyifli bir ev 3 tane odası ve her odada 2 kişilik tertemiz çarşafları ile 6 kişi rahatça konaklar.
Biz 2 çocuğumuz ve eşimle toplam 4 kişi idik. Çok rahat ettik.
İnternet WiFi kalitesi çok iyi

Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olan her şey var.
Ev yeni olduğu ve biz de ilk müşterileri olduğumuz için çok şanslıydık.
