Cet appartement récemment construit conjugue confort et proximité avec la mer. Les deux chambres offrent un espace de vie fonctionnel pour quatre personnes, complété par une salle de bain privée. La cuisine ouverte équipée de plaques vitrocéramiques, four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et réfrigérateur/congélateur permet une préparation des repas autonome. Une machine à café et du petit électroménager (presse-agrumes) sont également à disposition.
La terrasse de 20 m² avec vue sur le front de mer constitue l'atout principal pour profiter des séjours estivaux. Une télévision complète l'équipement de détente. La localisation dans un quartier résidentiel calme garantit le repos, tandis que les commerces se situent à environ 800 m et la réserve naturelle des Illes Medes à 300 m. Les draps sont inclus ; serviettes, ventilateurs et lit bébé disponibles en option.
JUAN le 10/07/2026Una joya descuidada : (+) : Desde hace años alquilo este apartamento de vez en cuando. Su situación merece un 10, su interior un 3. Su estado de mantenimiento es cada vez más deplorable.
(-) : - Grandes grietas y desperfectos en la cubierta del balcón.
- Humedades en el techo de la habitación doble.
- Electrodomésticos. Nevera: Repisa de metacrilato rota. Lavavajillas: remendado con bridas.
- Menaje insuficiente, ajado y/o roto.
- Mobiliario metálico interior y exterior oxidado y/o roto.
- Mesa del comedor. Cristal "apañado", de menor tamaño que el armazón. Feo y deprimente...
- Cuadros rotos en el interior de un armario.

CALLUM M. le 11/08/2018Lacked the basics. : (+) : The accommodation itself was fantastic! The view was gorgeous, and the location was perfect, being so central to the town! However, as the title suggests, it lacks the basics.
There was no oven glove.( my other half burnt her hand removing an item from the oven whilst trying to use a bath towel?!)
No chopping board
No tea towels
No bin bags
No hand soap
No hand towels
No floor mats
No tablets to use the dishwasher.
There was one roll of toilet roll in the apartment.(and upon arrival, the toilet was filled with sand and rock from the cleaner putting the sweepings down there)
There was no instructions regarding check out and disposal of rubbish.
If we were told we needed to bring these things, it would not have been an issue, but the website was lacking in information in such a way, that we found it hard to navigate full stop.
Also, before our arrival, the agent stated that there was no air con, as believed thought the apartment “caught the breeze” during the day, it did... but at night, it was unbearable... there was no breeze. For €1,300 a week, I would be expecting air-con, and if not air-con, at least some fans to try and replicate the so called “breeze” in the evening.

El horario de entrada adelantarlo un poco para aprovechar más la jornada.
