The holiday home is situated in a rural residential area close to the town of Nerja. From the house you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. The detached house was built in 1999 and last renovated in 2014. It has 120 m² of living space on a plot of approximately 700 m² and can accommodate up to six people.
The private and fully fenced garden of the holiday home has a private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) and a covered terrace (25 m²) with garden furniture and barbecue. There are also three parking spaces available on the property.
The accommodation has three spacious bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the other two with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m). There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in all three bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. The two bathrooms of the holiday home are each equipped with washbasin and toilet. One of them also has a bathtub with shower and the other one has a large shower with glass partition and window. The fully equipped kitchen of the holiday home includes a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a fireplace, satellite TV (German, English, French and Spanish channels), DVD player and a corner sofa. There is also WiFi and a washing machine, as well as a cot/baby bed and high chair on request. Iron and ironing board are available.
The nearby town of Nerja is about 1.5 km away. There you will find shopping and leisure options, as well as public transport, a restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool. The sea and sandy beach, as well as boat hire, fishing spots and water sports facilities, are also just 1.5 km away. A tennis court and horse riding area are approximately 1 km away. The nearest train station is about 50 km away and the airport about 60 km.
The access road to the house is about 800 m long, of which about 100 m are not paved. Pets are allowed on request.
