It is situated in a quiet and cosy complex on the second line of the Costa Canaria promenade, just a few minutes from one of the best beaches in the world: Playa del Inglés and the dunes of Maspalomas. Both its unbeatable location and its tranquillity make this flat the perfect choice for a holiday of relaxation, sun and beach.

This first floor flat has a large outdoor balcony with chairs and table overlooking the pool and tropical gardens to make the most of the good weather in the south of Gran Canaria. Large windows separate the balcony from the living room and provide great light, views to the outside and ventilation to the property. There are two swimming pools, heated all year round: one for adults and one for children. The gardens surrounding the complex and pools can be used for sunbathing, reading or relaxing in the sunbeds provided by the complex. If you prefer the beach, it is just a 2 minute walk away. Inside the bedroom there is a double bed, fitted wardrobe, mirror, safe and 2 exterior windows with blinds that leave the bedroom completely dark to rest without problems. The bathroom has a large shower with shower screen at floor level, hairdryer, several sets of towels, shower gel and shampoo.
The living room has a sofa bed, coffee table, 3 stools for eating on an American bar, 42" LED satellite TV, DVD player with a wide selection of films, free WiFi with fibre optics and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, integrated washing machine, fridge/freezer, orange juicer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave grill, kettle, blender, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products.
The flat is situated in a privileged residential area around the Paseo Marítimo Costa Canaria: 100 metres from the Playa del Inglés beach, 50 metres from the Tropical shopping centre with its restaurants and shops and from the bus stop. The area is very safe, quiet and surrounded by hotels, shops and leisure facilities. The bus stop to go to Las Palmas, Maspalomas, Puerto Rico or Mogán is 50 metres away.
The owner speaks Spanish and English, and will be at your disposal during your stay if you have any problems. If you require any additional equipment from the flat before your arrival, please do not hesitate to ask for it. You can also ask for airport pick up and transfers.
