This finca is located in the south of Mallorca, between the Bay of Palma and the village of Llucmajor, in an unbeatably quiet location on a huge plot of land. From the first floor of the house you have a unique view over the bay of the capital Palma.
Before reaching the finca, you drive for about 10 minutes through the wonderful natural landscape, where you can observe many animals such as turtles, of which fortunately there are still many left in the large area.
The finca has a living area of approximately 290 m² on two floors, there are 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite, and 1 guest toilet. All rooms are spacious and have high ceilings. This finca is simply ideal for a holiday in Mallorca with several families or a travel group.
The large entrance hall on the ground floor leads to one of the two living rooms with satellite TV, here you will also find one of the bedrooms with double bed and one of the bathrooms en suite. Opposite is the spacious dining room with a large dining table from which you enter the large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, large fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and everything you need for daily use. The kitchen also includes a large pantry. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. And from the ground floor a staircase leads to the upper floor.
On the upper floor is the second living room with satellite TV, from here you have a great view over the Bay of Palma. There are also 5 additional double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all of them with 2 single beds each and 1 bathroom en suite.
The outside area is superbly designed, with many spacious terraces around the house. In front of the pool area there is a terrace with several tables and chairs. Next to this terrace is the stone built barbecue. The pool terrace is equipped with numerous sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, all surrounding the 9m x 5m salt water pool.
