The holiday home is situated in the historic centre of Muro and is a Majorcan manor house from the end of the 19th century, in which all the original stylistic elements have been preserved to this day. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday and leave all your everyday worries behind.
The outdoor area also has a typical Majorcan garden with fruit trees and a pond with numerous fish. These special details come from the family who lived on the property at the beginning of the century. Here you will find a quiet place where you can relax or read a good book while listening to the birds singing and the sound of the bells of the nearby church. You will also find cosy corners to sleep and enjoy a relaxing nap. You are cordially invited to try our typical Andalusian breakfast "pa amb oli", consisting of freshly squeezed Mallorcan orange juice, coffee with milk or tea. We also offer a selection of additional Mallorcan dishes.
The building has two floors with a total living area of approximately 400 m². In addition, there is a lush garden of 2200 m² on a plot of about 3000 m². The large holiday home has an entrance hall in Majorcan style and a living room with fireplace, a large dining room and a spacious living room with parquet floor and fireplace, a reading room, a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchenette integrated in the living room and an old Majorcan style oven. From the entrance hall, the living room and the kitchen there is access to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or dinner and where you can also sunbathe during your holidays. The house has five bedrooms, one single and four doubles. Two of the bedrooms have a small private sitting room, while the others have their own spacious living area. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor of the building. There is also a very large fully equipped bathroom and two toilets located in adjoining rooms. The spacious and comfortable kitchen is located next to a terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the Bay of Alcudia.
The property is approximately 35 minutes by car or 50 minutes by train or bus from Palma de Mallorca. In 10 minutes you can reach the beaches of Muro and Can Picafort and in about 20 minutes you can reach Puerto Alcudia. In the nearby village there are very good restaurants and tapas bars offering the typical cuisine of the region. Every year on the 24th of June a special day is celebrated. On this day a music and dance festival starts and lasts about 10 days.
