Its 90m2 of living space is spread over two floors, comprising a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The living room on the ground floor provides two comfortable sofas, a wooden coffee table, a digital flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and USB port, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system and a dining table with four chairs. Next to it there is the kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. There is a convenient separate guest toilet. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bathroom and bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (140 x 190cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 190cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. The bathroom comprises a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Children’s beds can also be provided. A highchair and a washing machine are available and plenty of bed linen is provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the cottage can be used free of charge.
The living room opens onto your private garden area with a grill, a dining table with chairs, sun loungers and a view over the orchards on the country estate as far as the pond with water lilies and the stream.
