Beautiful villa Anja with pool in Makarska, above the town in a quiet location for rent, with three bedrooms. This newly built villa, semi-detached house, with sea view is located in a quiet hillside location above the town of Makarska. Opening is scheduled for the end of June 2017. The rooms are spread over two floors. There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each room equipped with TV/SAT. The spacious living area with open-plan kitchen, beautiful terrace with pool and sea views, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and barbecue area. All rooms are air-conditioned, TV/SAT and internet connection, WLAN. After a day out, enjoy relaxing on the corner sofa set. Entertainment in the evening is provided by a modern wall-mounted Smart TV with satellite TV connection. Past the dining table, which offers plenty of space for dining together, you reach the open-plan kitchen area. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need for convenient self-catering, including a cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
