Utri House is a spacious and comfortable flat located on the first floor with lift of
a building located a few steps from the beach in Voltri. The flat consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a living area with a corner sofa, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The flat enjoys an excellent location, a few minutes from the beach and very convenient to transport and services, all shops are under the house.
