The villa has 3 double rooms and 1 twin room, offering a total of 8 beds to comfortably accommodate you and your travelling companions. The rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a cosy environment to rest and relax.
As far as amenities are concerned, the villa is equipped with 2 large bathrooms with spacious showers, so that you can enjoy a relaxing time. The living room is spacious and bright, with a 65" Qled smart TV that will allow you to enjoy your favourite programmes and a panoramic view of Assisi that will leave you breathless.

Billiard table, table tennis, black jack and nintendo wii are waiting for you to play.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, including a wood stove for those who like to cook the traditional way, a dishwasher to make things easier and a comfortable single sofa bed. You can prepare your favourite meals and enjoy them with your loved ones.
