BELLAVISTA COUNTRY HOUSE is a farmhouse located in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. It is immersed in unspoilt countryside and is located on a hill about 300 metres above sea level. It enjoys a very panoramic position overlooking Monte Amiata, Monte Cetona and the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve.

The flat has its own outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for eating al fresco. Shared swimming pool (13x8 m) equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs, shaded area. Shared laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, espresso machine). Games room with table tennis and table football.
