Capo di Sorrento is a residential area, somewhat isolated from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but nevertheless close to all points of interest. From the villa to the centre of Capo di Sorrento it is a 150 metre descent on foot. Here you will find a restaurant, a bar, a grocery shop, a tobacconist, a pizzeria and a bus stop. The villa is a 10-minute walk from one of the area's most beautiful hidden gems: Regina Giovanna, a rocky beach with the remains of a Roman villa and a natural swimming pool where you can swim. The network of paths also makes it easy to reach Sorrento or Massa Lubrense, surrounded by nature and breathtaking views. The path to Sorrento is 2 km long, while the one to Massa Lubrense is 3 km long.
The splendid terrace, with tiled floor, plants, deckchairs and a table for 9 people, is a dream location at any time of day: perfect for starting the day with an al fresco breakfast, sunbathing on the terrace or relaxing in the shade, enjoying a breathtaking sunset at aperitif time or indulging in a romantic dinner under the stars. On the ground floor there is a large terrace and a garden, available to guests but shared with the owners. Two parking spaces are available for guests.
Casa Fiorita was built at the beginning of the 19th century in the typical style of Sorrento mansions. Its restoration in 1960 merged past and present: period furniture and Sorrentine craftsmanship blend with modern comforts. The living area opens onto the terrace, furnished with comfortable sofas, TV and a grey tuff fireplace. The dining room, located in the same large open space, can accommodate 9 people. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals independently. It is equipped with a fridge with freezer, oven, hob, Neapolitan coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms with double beds (or two single beds), each with a wardrobe, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. Only one of the bedrooms (with its bathroom) is located on the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. This room has two French beds and a small private roof terrace. A sofa bed is available in the living area. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas. All described areas are for the exclusive use of guests.
