Diddy's Country is a holiday for the senses.

Diddy's Country is located in the middle of a centuries-old, still active olive grove. The house is located just one kilometre outside the small town of San Vito dei Normanni, yet in an idyllic rural setting.

Let your senses be stimulated, feel the soothing sun on your skin, when you've had enough of it, there are also plenty of shady spots and you can cool off in the saltwater swimming pool. As you lie by the pool, you can see the variety of plants and flowers, the blue sky and the ancient olive trees.

Diddy's Country is located 1.2 KM outside of San Vito dei Normanni, 20KM north of Brindisi.

Abbasciu is on the ground floor, the smaller flat on the first floor remains closed unless you have rented both flats.
The ground floor flat is about 170 square metres and has 4 double bedrooms, a library/office with sofa bed, a living/dining room with fireplace and a large kitchen with adjoining laundry room. There are also two large bathrooms.

We are very keen on quality and sustainability and have furnished the house accordingly. All the fabrics, for example, come from a small fabric producer in Apulia, and the bed linen was also made especially for our guests.

Abbasciu is very comfortable and has air conditioning in the corridors to the rooms, each room has a fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find all the appliances and utensils you need for cooking and more. There is an American fridge in the laundry room.

Room from 1900 with traditional star-shaped ceiling, couch, 3 armchairs and ottoman, Smart HD TV, Xbox, DVD, piano. The 20 square metre dining room is two steps high next door (open plan).

Kitchen 1
Other kitchen equipment: The kitchen is very large and has 5 hobs, a 90cm oven and a Bosch dishwasher. Other cooking equipment such as kitchen robot (Kitchen Aid Prof with many accessories), juicer and lots of crockery, serving dishes, glasses, designer plastic glasses for the swimming pool area, etc.. Separate laundry room with Bosch washing machine and Bosch tumble dryer. The large dining table is in the dining room next to the kitchen, the kitchen itself has a marble table with 6 chairs.

The house is situated in the middle of a pine forest, you will taste the olive oil of our own production.

This house is ideal for families or groups of friends, the outdoor areas are luxuriously equipped and there is enough space for all guests.

We have everything possible for small children, cots, high seats, toys, etc...

A certain number of bicycles are available for our guests.

The tennis court and our pool can be used at any time of the day.

Pizza oven and barbecue and free wood are available to our guests.

The house has an alarm system that can be activated. The complex is connected to a security service.

Our Wifi (internet) is from Starlink and is the best and fastest system available in the region in Aubenblick.

Our house is ideally placed to visit the historic towns around us. Ostuni, the white city, for example, can be reached in 20 minutes by car. From San Vito you can visit all the towns and sights in Apulia.

The beach
You can reach various beaches by car from the house, the first of which are 15-20 minutes away. You can reach both sides of the boot, the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea.

Excursion possibilities : There are countless excursion possibilities to beautiful historical towns, a variety of beaches on the Adriatic and Ionian Sea and much more such as wineries, amusement parks, museums, UNESCO protected areas, excavations, etc.... Location description : You are in the north of Salento, a beautiful region with ancient olive trees, great landscapes and beaches, historic towns, the nearest one, Ostuni, is 20 minutes away. If you turn left from our road towards Ceglie, after a few kilometres you will reach Trullis. From Ceglie to Martina Franca you are then right in "Trulliland".
Other sports and leisure activities: Our house is directly on a cycle route, from there you can cycle to the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto. San Vito has a very well equipped bike shop, many groups ride professionally in the area. We have a few bikes for our big and small guests, which we maintain every year, but they are rather old.
