Located in southern Italy, in Puglia. Close to towns such as San Michele Salentino and San Vito dei Normanni (5 minutes by car), Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni (20 minutes by car), Brindisi (30 minutes by car). Beautiful beaches are less than 20 km from the property: torre guaceto,santa sabina,specchiolla. Recently Villa and Trullo have been restored, furnished with great care and detail for a relaxing environment.

The structure offers: ancient three-cone trullo built 200 years ago in stone. For us the trullo is a little gem of the property, where inside you will find a double bed and a pouf that can be turned into a single bed. The beautiful bathroom with a whirlpool bath and chronotherapy will help you relax. It is the ideal place for a romantic evening or to take a bubble bath to entertain your children. Separate bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The beautiful White Villa is located next to the Trullo. It offers two bedrooms and each has its own bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. One room has a double bed for a couple and the other room has two single beds that can become double beds for 4 persons. These two rooms are connected with the dining room and a cosy, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle etc. There is also free Wi-Fi, a 43" SmartTV where you can watch Netflix. Each room has air conditioning. The property is suitable for 6 adults inside the villa plus 3 adults in the trullo. Two high chairs, changing tables and cots can be provided on request. Perfect for families, groups or couples who will enjoy plenty of space, privacy and independence during their stay. Outside you will find a bathroom/laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. In addition to a quality stay, there is a wide range of additional services available for a fee, such as extra cleaning, laundry services, home cook, babysitting, bicycle hire, planning of events such as birthdays/anniversaries etc. Trullo il noce is also a gem to explore in its history. Many years ago there was a kiln here for the production of lime (limestone). At the moment you can only see the ruins and a large walnut tree growing on it. On the land we have found some ancient coins, which you will find in the house. We hope you will love our house and enjoy every moment of your stay.

In front of the house under a large gazebo you will see the outdoor kitchen with a dining table and a lounge. A small playground, swings and children's toys can be found at the back of the lounge area, under the olive trees. Practically everything you could expect to find in this charming place. An ideal place for those who wish to enjoy the atmosphere of the countryside among the olive and fruit trees. The property has much more to offer 2.5 hectares of land (fully fenced) with breathtaking views of the olive grove, land where you can pick and eat seasonal fruit and gather herbs, use the hammock to relax or simply sunbathe on the sun loungers by the raised pool

Conditions d'annulation

Conditions d'annulation qui s'appliquent pour cette location de vacances. Des frais seront retenus en fonction du délai entre la date d’annulation et le début du séjour (date d'arrivée prévue) selon le barème ci-dessous :

Plus de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée : Annulation gratuite (Remboursement de l'acompte).
Entre 59 et 29 jours avant la date d'arrivée : 50 % du prix du séjour.
Entre 28 et 2 jours avant la date d'arrivée : 80 % du prix du séjour.
Dans les 2 jours avant la date d'arrivée : 100 % du prix du séjour.

Le prix total de la réservation est facturé si l’annulation est notifiée plus tard que le 2ème jour avant le début du séjour ou de non-présentation.

Dans tous les cas, l’annulation devra être d’abord communiquée par téléphone et confirmée ensuite par écrit (courrier ou email).

Les annulations SANS FRAIS (hors frais de dossier et assurance) sont uniquement possibles si vous souscrivez à l'assurance annulation gratuite, qui vous permet d'être couverts en cas de maladie grave, hospitalisation, décès... à condition de fournir un justificatif.
