Cet appartement de 60 m² combine confort et localisation privilégiée. La chambre spacieuse avec placard intégré offre une vue directe sur la mer, tandis que la cuisine américaine moderne, ouverte sur le salon-salle à manger, est équipée de tous les appareils nécessaires : plaque vitrocéramique, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et petits électroménagers (cafetière, grille-pain, presse-agrumes). La salle de bain fonctionnelle comprend une douche et un sèche-cheveux.
La terrasse de 5 m² avec double vitrage déploie une vue panoramique sur la mer. La climatisation et la pompe à chaleur assurent votre confort toute l'année. (-) : More comfortable chairs in living room area. The ones in the apartment very uncomfortable.
Balcony furniture could be improved. Chair legs loose and again not very comfortable.
Tap on bathroom sink loose.
TV is a definite puzzle very complicated to operate.
Difficult to turn on and off.
No English channels.
TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night 3 times.

The place is fairly clean (we've found a cockroach on the first day but other than that it was clean) The place is If you're looking for nightlife I'd definitely recommend Max Beach. Had amazing drinks and a great show there.

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und die ruhige Lage war einfach genial.Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Was uns gefehlt hatte, war die Beschreibung der Haushaltsgeräte, wie z.B. Klimaanlage, Backofen ect.Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Sometimes a bit bit hard to find parking space, but it always worked out. The coffee maker did not initially work but once we got hold of the owner the problem was solved very efficiently! There are grocery stores within short walking distance and the kitchen is fully equipped! Loved the long boardwalk that goes along the beach shore for kilometers!Highly recommend the place!

Francisca le 04/08/2022Apartamento maravilhoso : (+) : O apartamento é magnífico 🥰. Está muito bem decorado, é espaçoso, tem tudo que precisamos e tem uma vista para o mar linda.
As zonas envolventes, como o jardim e as piscinas, estão muito bem cuidadas e são muito tranquilas. Umas das piscinas fica mesmo em cima da praia.
O apartamento fica muito perto de Marbella e dos mercados e lojas. Fica a poucos minutos da playa Butybamba. Está muito bem localizado.
O apartamento tem estacionamento privativo o que é uma mais valia.
