Cet appartement de premier étage s'inscrit dans une urbanisation tranquille, pensée pour profiter pleinement de la proximité de la plage et des services. La piscine communautaire (8×12 m, profondeur 1,15 à 1,9 m) ouvre de juin à octobre et borde le complexe, entourée de gazon et de plantes. Un accès sécurisé par code protège les résidents.
L'intérieur se compose d'un grand hall d'entrée menant à un salon-salle à manger lumineux, visuellement relié à une cuisine indépendante équipée (plaque gaz, four, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes). Un demi-arc avec bar crée une continuité pratique. La terrasse, accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale, offre des vues sur la mer. La connexion fibre optique et la climatisation dans le salon et les chambres assurent le confort en toute saison.
Deux chambres séparées par une salle de bain spacieuse avec douche : la chambre principale dispose d'un lit double et d'un accès direct à la terrasse ; la seconde comprend deux lits individuels dont un lit gigogne pour une cinquième personne. Lave-linge, parking partagé et commerces à proximité immédiate complètent l'équipement.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything you need - home from home. Plenty of bath and beach towels were provided. The pool and gardens were highly maintained and were lovely to relax in. We look forward to returning again and would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to family and friends.

Es erfolgte eine super Erklärung zu allen wichtigen und notwendigen Einrichtungen und Funktionen. Während des Aufenthaltes gab es auch imme mal eine Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung ist,Wir hatten jederzeit die Möglichkeit die Eigentümerin bei Problemen zu kontaktieren.

Fantastic location only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Excellent apartment with everything you need (air conditioning in the every room, towels, soap, cutlery and glasses in the kitchen, etc.) . The parking space was included. The owner Mari was so kind and helpful. The apartment had everything we neededand is extremely quiet.
I very much recommend the place and would come back every time.

Localiza-se numa zona tranquila, mas muito perto de zonas comerciais e da praia. A piscina é grande e muito aprasível. Por fim a anfitriã do apartamento a Mari Carmen é uma pessoa muito simpática e carinhosa, sempre muito prestável e atenciosa.Gostamos muito!

There was only a few missing items. Maybe a mirror in the twin bedded room and waste bins missing in the bedrooms. But they are only small things.
