Cette villa de 346 m² répartie sur trois étages accueille confortablement 6 personnes dans ses 3 chambres. Au rez-de-chaussée, une chambre avec lit double, salle de bain complète, cuisine équipée et salon avec baies vitrées panoramiques sur la mer et la montagne. L'étage intermédiaire propose un second espace de vie avec salon-salle à manger et cuisine. Le dernier étage abrite deux chambres supplémentaires (une avec lit double, salle de bain privée et dressing ; une chambre enfant avec deux lits simples), ainsi qu'un espace de travail avec connexion internet.
Le terrain sans voisins garantit une intimité totale. La piscine privée 6x4 m (profondeur 1,2 à 1,9 m) est accessible toute l'année. Terrasse de 20 m², jardin clôturé, mobilier de jardin, barbecue et cheminée complètent les extérieurs. It had everything you could need, plus loads of space and facilities, and the pool was excellent. Perfect for families and our 2 boys loved it.

A great welcome from Cubos representative and even better service/help from the owner of the villa who lives nearby. The only down side is that the villa is down a very steep road which means a walk into town is not easy particularlyin warm weather. This is not an issue if you have a car or use a taxi.
(-) : It is difficult to get a taxi to find the villa.
le 17/08/2023(+) : Very clean and tidy, great quite location and lovely pool plus covered area. The owner and facilitator were on hand for anything and very efficient. The internet was good with no complaints from my teenagers. The villa is close enough to walk into mijas pueblocertainly back ( steep hill up ) but only 5 euro for a taxi anyway with prompt service from mijas pueblo.All in all excellent value and as i expected plus some.

The facilities were great and had everything you could possibly need, not forgetting to mention the view from the villa. It was the best thing to wake up to in the morning. Check in and check out was super easy. Highly recommend!

The photos don't really do it justice. There is lots of great outdoor space with the option of being in the sun or shade. There was any amenity you could need, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc. Lots of different places to sit to eat although our weather was great so we always ate either on the terrace outside the lounge and kitchen or on the lower terrace in the shade. There was an outdoor charcoal barbeque with sink beside it and a small bar/kitchen area on the ground floor with a fridge ideal for drinks by the beautiful pool. The owner was easy to contact via WhatsApp and always responded quickly. We were greeted at the Villa by Carla who also communicated with us well in advance regarding arrangements. We really enjoyed our stay.
(-) : The only downside for us was the location at the bottom of a very steep hill. This means it is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems or with very young children unless you have a car. It took us around 10 minutes to walk up the hill. Although most people visiting Mijas Pueblo will be prepared for some hills to meander through the beautiful streets.

The house is a typical Spanish rustic villa. Beautifully presented, tastefully decorated, the views are superb and the whole place is amazing.
