Cette villa moderne, entièrement rénovée en 2022, accueille 8 personnes dans 4 chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain attenante. Au rez-de-chaussée, un grand vestibule avec plafond haut, salon avec cheminée, salle à manger, cuisine dernière génération et bureau privé. Deux terrasses couvertes offrent des vues panoramiques sur la mer et le jardin.
Le jardin privé dispose d'une piscine 4x9m (profondeur 1,2 à 2m, ouverte du 16 mai au 30 novembre), de huit chaises longues et d'un barbecue. L'accès est sécurisé avec portail automatique et parking pour trois voitures. Le chargeur électrique fonctionne gratuitement de 1h à 6h du matin.
La villa est équipée de climatisation, chauffage pompe à chaleur, deux télévisions avec Netflix, Amazon et HBO, WiFi, lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine complets. À moins de deux minutes à pied de Playa Bonita et des arrêts de bus (moins de 10 min), à 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Málaga.
Nicholas le 05/09/2025Loved our stay : (+) : We stayed as a family of 8 and have absolutely no complaints at all, Villa is gorgeous and very clean, location is away from all the hustle and bustle with a nice restaurant and shop 1 min walk away. Communication and instruction from cubos was great we would stay here again.
(-) : Nothing much could be improved only slight negative would be the paint around the pool comes off quite easy and gathers at the bottom of the pool

The villa was lovely and the pool area was stunning . Twice in the week the pool was cleaned and kept in tip top condition . It was clean and safe environment for all the family to relax and enjoy a lovely holiday . Thank you Cubos for an excellent stay . We won't hesitate to use your villas in the future .

le 20/03/2024sehr gut : (+) : Diesen Frühling waren wir in einer mega coolen Villa direkt am Strand in Benalmádena. Die Villa war riesig und super luxuriös, mit voll vielen Zimmern, so dass jeder seinen eigenen Platz hatte. Einmal ging das Licht im Garten nicht, aber das haben sie voll schnell gefixt, echt cool von denen. Wir haben fast jeden Tag am Pool gechillt oder sind zum Strand gegangen, der direkt vor der Tür war. In Benalmádena gibt’s voll leckere Sachen zu essen, wir haben so viele Tapas probiert. Ich hoffe, wir können nächstes Jahr wieder hierhin, weil es einfach der beste Urlaub ever war.

le 10/03/2024Very good : (+) : Our stay at this stunning beachfront villa, with its 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, exceeded all our expectations. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace with such an incredible view was truly magical. The villa's spaciousness and comfort made it easy for our large family to relax and enjoy our time together. We took advantage of the private pool and the direct beach access, which added a luxurious touch to our vacation. The local area of Benalmádena offered delightful dining options and charming shops. This villa is a perfect retreat for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.

le 14/01/2024Un soggiorno da sogno! : (+) : Soggiornare in questa villa fronte mare a Benalmádena durante l'inverno è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La villa, con le sue 4 camere da letto, offre spazio a sufficienza per gruppi o famiglie numerose, garantendo privacy e comfort. La vista sul mare da quasi ogni angolo della casa è semplicemente mozzafiato. Abbiamo adorato rilassarci accanto alla piscina privata, nonostante la stagione, grazie al clima mite della regione. La cucina ben attrezzata ci ha permesso di preparare deliziosi pasti con i prodotti locali.

le 08/10/2023Milleur week-end : (+) : Cette automne, on a séjourné dans une villa trop cool à Benalmádena. C'était juste à côté de la plage, et on pouvait y aller quand on voulait. La villa avait un jardin où on a joué au foot et une piscine privée qui était trop bien pour se baigner même quand il faisait un peu frais. On a aussi mangé des trucs super bons, comme des tapas et de la paella, dans les restos du coin. J'ai même appris à dire quelques mots en espagnol! J'espère trop pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine parce que c'était les meilleures vacances!

le 24/09/2023 ¡Super recomendado! : (+) : Pasamos una semana increíble en esta villa frent al mar 😍🏖️. El espacio es perfecto para la família, con 4 habitaziones q nos dieron mucha comodidad. La piscina privada y el acceso directo a la playa son un sueño. Exploramos Benalmádena y nos encantaron los restaurantitos de la zona, el pescaíto frito es una delicia. Hubo un pekeño problema con el aire acondicionado, pero lo arreglaron super rápido. Definitivamente, es un lugar para volver y disfrutar de las vacaciones.
