Home from Home : (+) : This was our second time here and once again we were very happy. We were immediately at home. We had a wonderful welcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Finca de la Rosa. It is in a delightful area and is very well equipped and very comfortable. It is very clean and hot water is plentiful. The layout is excellent as is the location. Local shopping and amenities are a few minutes drive away. There are interesting walks outside the property and good hiking is few minutes drive away. We like to exercise outside every day and if the weather is bad out of season the clean bright double garage makes for an excellent space for exercise.
We have already booked our third stay. Thank you so much to the proprietors.

Lovely villa : (+) : We had a great time at finca dela rosa, Carolina and Francesco are very friendly and always available through whatsapp. The villa is very clean and well maintained, and kitchen is well equipped. Outside is wonderful and is very spacious, "in the sun or out of the sun" We will definitely return in the future
(-) : Not a problem for us but older people may find getting in and out of shower/ bath a problem

Casa espectacular y super acojedora : (+) : Me gusta todo del alojamiento desde las instalaciones asta sus anfitriones, es una casa acogedora familiar con la tranquilidad del campo y su gran piscina para esos días de calor, y su buena barbacoa para una rica parrillada en familia esto es en el exterior, x k la casa tiene sus amplias habitaciones y con climatización.... En fin repetimos seguro, gracias x tener esta pedazo de casa y dejar k podamos disfrutarlo.

Hacer k el tiempo pase más lento,cada vez k alquilo lo paso tan bien k se me pasa volao los días...

(+) : Great hosts and the villa was as described. Lovely pool and the air conditioning was a god send! There were several reviews that mentioned dogs barking in the area. Due to the public bins being in close proximity to the villas grounds (away from the swimming pool) there was much comings and goings during the day and night that set several dogs barking. This did die down after several minutes but was every evening.

(+) : The hosts were very friendly. The house was very clean! The bedrooms had great air conditioning. The kitchen was immaculately clean with plenty of equipment. We selected the house because the pool, had big steps to get into it, which out children loved to play on. The shallow end of the pool was a good standing height for an 8 year old and the deep end a good depth for jumping in. It is an 8 minute drive to the town, so very peaceful. The town has some lovely cafes which compared to UK prices very reasonable. The supermarket isn't open on a Sunday, but we found a green grocery shop and butchers with no problems.It was a very lovely house and holiday.

(+) : Nice house, and gorgeous pool! The communication with Carol went very smoothly. Good location, half an hour from Malaga and close to Alhaurin. The house is spacious and the airco’s are good. The bbq space is also supernice. A downside was, as mentioned in some other reviews, that there was a lot of noise from barking dogs, if you’re a light sleeper would def recommend earplugs. Some of the pool furniture was a bit worn down and there were no basic amenities such as salt, pepper, coffee filters.

(+) : Sehr schöne Finka,Wir waren sehr zufrieden und die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man muss in der Gegend über ein Fahrzeug verfügen, damit nach Malaga und ans Meer gelangt. Auf dem Grundstück kann man am sauberem Pool relaxen und die Kinder hatten auch sonst reichlich Platz zum Spielen. Das Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft hat unseren Schlaf nicht gestört

(+) : C’était notre second séjour dans cette belle propriété, donc nous savions à quoi nous attendre et que serions satisfaits. Ça a en effet été le cas, les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactifs. La maison a l’espace qui nous convenait, elle est complète et propre. La clim dans toutes les chambres était appréciable avec cette chaleur. L’extérieur est également agréable, terrasse, jardin piscine et barbecue. Le garage qui permet de ne pas se brûler lorsqu’on prend la voiture en pleine journée est très appréciable également. En résumé un séjour très apprécié. Merci !

(+) : The villa was amazing. It has everything you need, from hair dryer to washing machine.The pool is great and it gets cleaned automatically more than once per day. There is even barbecue outside in the garden that is perfect for lunch out at the pool. The bed mattress is one of the best mattresses we've slept on.The owner/hostess is very friendly and supportive when we needed recommendation from her regarding the area. We will definitely repeat the stay if we got the chance.

(+) : We are digital nomads and travelling a lot, the house is amazing and we had 30 amazing days here. The host is super and the area is quite and calm, perfect to workenjoy the holidays. Need the car to move and in 10/15 minutes you have everything you need. Amazing walks next to the house too! Internet is a bit slow but not necessary if you don’t have to work, in any case we had our private connection so was not a problem. Pool clean and super host! Thank you

En fin repetire x que me siento en el alojamiento como en mi propia casa, muchas gracias y espero no cambien muy buen servicio. (+) : Fantastisk fint sted. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 barn og hadde masse plass å boltre oss på. Veldig fint bassengområde med solsenger og område der en kunne ligge i skygge. Vi hadde mellom 32 og 45 grader de 3 ukene vi var der og så ikke en sky. Anbefaler dette stedet til andre og vi kommer nok selv til å booke igjen! Alt i alt en meget vellykket ferie!

Family Holiday : (+) : Stayed at this villa for a week beginning of June 2022 and it was the most perfect week we could have asked for. The villa itself was perfect for a family of 5 of us, the pool was the perfect size and the accommodation itself was beautiful. Cubos were incredibly helpful and Carolina the host was very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Thank you :)

(+) : Clean, traditional, home from home. 7 minutes from local town (which is quite big), 30 mins from all the major beach towns and airport which was great as a base. The host met me at the villa to check-in as I had small children and left us some goodies which was great. The pool area and fruit trees are really lovely. Rooms have plenty of space and kitchen all works well and easily, we visited the very big local supermarket and had some lovely meals round the pool. During the day it’s very peaceful and private, wonderful for our children. During the evening we noticed cars dropping off their rubbish which is just over the end of the garden, this is noisy and sets the dogs off. Not the owners fault obviously but we downloaded a ‘white noise’ app and played it all night which worked wonders. A great base to explore the Costa del sol, cute traditional villa with everything you need and lovely private pool area which our children didn’t want to leave.

Great little place, Awesome location. privacy and peace. : (+) : Everything was arranged prior, and the owner met us at a predetermined location and escorted us to the location. The property is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a rural location in a fenced secure compound. Everything that was in the description met and exceeded the expectation. Fully private. Great pool, in amongst fruit trees. We have raveled expensively, and can honestly say this is a ",Must do again", tried to book for September, but is already fully booked for the foreseeable future. Book Early, we are booking again for next year.

(+) : Een mooi huis met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. Aan de rand van de stad en alle bezienswaardigheden op zo’n half uur rijden. Je hoort de honden uit de buurt af en toe blaffen en andere geluiden van het boeren leven zoals de geiten en de buurman op zijn tractor. Wij vonden dat geen probleem!Een tuin vol met fruitbomen garandeert je vers fruit als je komt tijdens het oogstseizoen. Kortom wij komen graag weer. Groeten van de Lange familie

Preciosa finca con piscina y árboles frutales. : (+) : Hemos disfrutado 2 semanas en esta hermosa finca disfrutando del sol y la piscina.La casa está completamente amueblada y tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día.La finca está completamente vallada, lo cual era muy importante para nosotros ya que hemos viajado con dos perros. La parte del jardín posee preciosos árboles frutales que en marzo está comenzado a florecer, los limones son exquisitos.

The villa is gated and once inside you can really relax and feel safe. The villa, pool and garden (full of different fruit trees)were nicely kept and very clean. There is air conditioning in all rooms which was a blessing! The villa is close to amenities by car and in a great location for exploring the surrounding area.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. : (+) : Das Haus , der Pool und die Garage waren absolut Top . Die Lage war sehr ruhig und die Gastgeber haben sich auch nicht sehen lassen . Geschäfte waren in der nähe ( mit dem Auto ). Die Kaution war nach unserer Abreise 2 Tage später wieder auf meinem Konto. In allen Zimmern war eine Klimaanlage.

(+) : “The house was very clean and well equipted. Carolina and her husband (the hosts) were nice and introduced me into the specifics with the house. They bought fruits and were available all the time during my holidays and whenever I had questions. Be aware that you need a car to get to the house. Supermarkets are about 10-15 minutes away from the house. Malága can be reached within a 30 minutes drive, the same goes for Marbella. I had a great holiday and enjoyed staying in Finca de la Rosa! I would definitely recommend it!”

Très belle maison : (+) : Nous avons adoré le séjour à FINCA DE LA ROSA. le couple propriétaire trop gentille, très serviable et attentionné Accueil chaleureux avec un panier de fruit de saison et une bouteille sans alchool nous avons été émus par ce geste.

la piscine et le jardin (plein de différents arbres fruitiers) étaient bien entretenus.La climatisation dans les trois chambres ainsi que dans le salon, La maison est proche des commodités en voiture et dans un excellent emplacement pour explorer les environs. Merci au couple propriétaire pour ce magnifique séjour.
(-) : Vu que les propriétaires ne parlent qu'espagnole l'agence doit prendre en charge l'organisation des rendez-vous à l'arrivée et s'assurer que les locataires ont bien rencontré les propriétaires nous avons rencontré plusieurs personnes à l’extérieur de l'agence un peu perdue et non même pas comment appeler ni ou attendre surtout avec la chaleur qui faisait à ALHAURIN EL GRANDEL’agence doit organiser les rendez-vous à l'intérieur de son local dans un espace confortable et rassurant.

Lovely quiet retreat with pool : (+) : Plenty of space for 4 people. The house is heated, and there is a pool and a nice big garden. Washing machine and dishwasher, and well equipped kitchen. Clean and everything in good condition.
(-) : The induction cooker is quite temperamental and was not always easy to use.
