Nice family vacation : (+) : Location was great, check in and out went smoothly, good kitchen and fantastic yard and outdoor facilities.
(-) : Internet speed could be better. Some furniture is wearing. You need to bring your own water for drinking and cooking. Pool is not heated and could be a bit cold in late months.

excellent : (+) : Rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht Geweldig terras waar je de hele dag heerlijk kunt zitten. Zwembad is heerlijk om af en toe in af te koelen.

(+) : Bon endroit pour se déconnecter de la ville et du stress, la personne qui nous a accueilli était sympa et discret. La maison est comme sur les photos, nous avons apprécié le séjour. (Seul problème à revoir luminosité. Le soir. Vraiment aucune lumière, c’est GLAUQUE, Effrayant quand on a pas l’habitude. Des petites lumières automatique pour accueillir quand on rentre le soir à la maison aurait été vraiment sympa. Car quand on arrive tout est noir, il faut descendre du véhicule dans le noir et aller allumer la lumière de la terrasse. Il y a deux ampoules dans tout le jardin c’est peu)

(+) : The villa is situated up the mountain so it is an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whilst you are only 5-10 mins away from both Coín and Alhaurín, a car is definitely required to go to the local shops. We have stayed in the area before so we were fully aware of this. We did make use of the local taxi firm in Coín (taxi no 6 +34607778590) to take us in to town in the evenings for dinner and drinks. We would definitely recommend them, they are very reliable.The villa is very well equipped and exactly as described. It is worth noting that the ceiling height in the loft area is low and the stairs are open, so perhaps not ideal for the less mobile. The villa is well maintained and very clean. Cristobal was in constant contact with us on the day of our arrival and gave us directions to the villa. He is a lovely host who made us feel very welcome. Thankfully we didn't need to bother him during our stay.We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat who doesn't mind having to drive/ get taxi in to town. Thanks Cristobal for a wonderful holiday, we will be back.

(+) : Beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for a very quiet getaway. Cristóbal was a very helpful host, we found the villa with ease with his directions, and he was there exactly when he said to drop off and collect the keys. The villa itself is massive and very well equipped, kids will love the bunk beds in the loft. A car is a must, as you will need to travel to get to local shops etc, but if you want a quiet break then this is perfect.

(+) : Zeer vriendelijke en flexibele host. We kwamen later aan dan gepland. Host stond te wachten op afgesproken plek en reed voor naar het huis. Alle winkels waren gesloten. Hij had water voor ons meegenomen en op afgesproken plek konden we wat eerste levensbehoefte kopen. Host wachtte geduldig. Zeer mooi, ruim en schoon huis. Alle ruimtes open met elkaar verbonden. Prachtig uizicht op 300 meter hoogte. Je zit heel privé tussen avocado boomgaarden. Heerlijk zwembad. Ruime overkapping, wat heerlijk is met veel schaduw. Lekker verkoelende wind vanuit de heuvels. In huis is alles aanwezig.Eigen vervoer is noodzakelijk om het huis te bereiken. Huis ligt op half uur van Malaga en Marbella en uur en kwartier van Ronda. Host kwam op afgesproken tijd de sleutels ophalen. Tijd van ophalen was ook flexibel, omdat er geen andere gasten na ons kwamen.Als wij weer op vakantie gaan naar dit gebied zullen wij zeker dit huis weer boeken. Het was fantastisch!

(+) : Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in Cristobal's Villa. Die Ausstattung, das Ambiente etc. waren sehr gut. Auf dem höchsten Punkt des Berges gelegen benötigt man ein Auto, hat dafür aber eine noch nie dagewesene Privatsphäre. Wir planen jetzt schon unseren nächsten Urlaub in Malaga, am liebsten wieder bei Cristobal!

(+) : This property was perfect for a break with my family. The peace and quiet of the location and the quality of the villa made for a very enjoyable stay. Possibly the location may not be to everyone's taste but we found it to be exactly what we wished for as it enabled a relaxing break away from all the hectic goings on of normal life. Plenty of reading, swimming and great food made for a fantastic holiday. Special thanks to Cristobal for helping during our stay from start to end as his assistance made a real difference.

Fantastic stay : (+) : Beautiful home, with everything you need. Great size pool, lovely and quiet if you want to be away from the typical tourist traps. Good communication from Cubos and owners.
The property we stayed in was out of the way so you definitely need a car and a confident driver as the road in is tricky in places. Perfect for a quiet break. Would absolutely book again.

Big house which is far from the road : (+) : The kitchen and living room with tv were fine. The bathroom was large and the toilet is built in separately with a sliding door which is very nice.
(-) : The bed downstairs was very narrow for a double bed and the hygiene could be a lot better. The pool itself is lovely but it is difficult to get in, it is much too high. an extra step has to be put down to get into it properly.

Fantastisch : (+) : Alles aan het huis is fantastisch mits je met 1 gezin bent. Alle slaapgelegenheden zijn open zonder muur of deur dus weinig privacy. Silent place : (+) : Very beautifully located house. Ideal starting point for hiking. In the evening you can only hear the crickets. Very clean and everything you need is there.
(-) : To Cubo's: It would be nice if the deposit was also collected by the organizer at the time of payment. - They did it on demand, which worked very well, but automatic would be nicer.

A beautiful villa in the mountains : (+) : - a perfect place to relax in a quiet area
- in 10 minutes by car there are lovely villages and cities reachable (restaurants, supermarkets, ... )
- a great pool and outdoor area
- a lot of space to relax (couch, chairs, ... indoor and outdoor)
- a very nice owner who is also very helpful
- good equipped kitchen
- a nice few to the surrounded mountains and hills
- a very modern and clean design
- in winter at night: the furnace heating

Peaceful, relaxing, perfect. : (+) : “If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing villa 5 minutes from several towns, then this is the one for you. We have just returned from a week at the villa and it was exactly what we was looking for 4 adults, 1 child and one infant thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing nature of the villa. The pool is a great feature and way to cool off in the hot sunshine and the villa is well equipped for you to cook up a storm in the open plan living / kitchen area.The bathroom is modern and up to date with a dual aspect shower and separate toilet. The large electric security gates at the top of the drive are excellent for peace of mind on an evening. The views from the house are of the close by mountains and fields and the only noise you can hear is that of you and the guests in your villa. We saw the odd car come past and people working on the farm / field opposite and that was it. The nearest towns of Coin and Alhaurin El Grande are 5/10 minutes drive away. There is an Aldi and Lidl in Coin and we found a delightful little tapas cafe in Alhaurín called 'El cobertizo' for in a square in the centre. We were met by Cristobal at a garage about 10 minutes away from the house and him and his daughter Lara where on hand if any problems arose and forth coming with restaurant recommendations during our stay.”

A perfect, relaxing location : (+) : A beautiful property in an ideal location. We spent a week here after 4 scorching days in Madrid and it was perfect for my family. So peaceful and quiet with wonderful facilities. The villa itself is odd in the sense of it being totally open plan and therefore may not suit all, but apart from that fact the villa is close to perfection. A beautiful interior which is clean, simple and minimalist. Couple that with a well thought out exterior (shaded covered dining area and separate seating) and it is nigh on the perfect villa. The pool is huge and one depth throughout which works really well. What was also very good was the fact that we could play music outside throughout the day with no fear of disturbing others as there was no one close by at all. A car is a definite requirement as the villa is in the middle of nowhere and the latter part of the road is a dirt track. Having said that it is not problematic drive to reach the villa. I would however advise jet washing your hire car at the end of your stay at the garage in Coin. This will remove the fine dust that will inevitably coat your car. Better to spend 1 Euro than get hit with a charge for cleaning charges by the hire company! Overall a great villa which is well equipped and of a high standard. If you don't mind the lack of interior walls and doors then I certainly can recommend this beautiful villa!

Wonderful : (+) : We had a wonderful holiday in this nice house with swimming pool. The house is practically laid out. Very suitable for a couple and possibly a couple with a maximum of two children. It is in a rural and quiet location and nice and private, all within half an hour's drive from Malaga. We are super satisfied with this loft.

(+) : We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit fijne huis met zwembad. Het huis is praktisch ingedeeld. Heel geschikt voor een stel en eventueel een stel met maximaal twee kinderen. Het is landelijk en rustig gelegen en lekker prive en dat alles op een half uur rijden van Malaga. Wij zijn super tevreden over deze loft.

Ein Traum für zwei !!!! : (+) : Diese schöne Loft besticht nicht nur durch die sehr gute Ausstattung, sondern auch durch die einmalige und traumhaft ruhige Lage.
Egal wo man hinschaut, man sieht nur Berghänge voll mit Avocadobäumchen. Für zwei Personen ist das ein absoluter Traum.
Wir können diese Unterkunft nur allen empfehlen.
