Villa première ligne de plage à Mijas Costa : accès direct à la mer, piscine privée 2,5x3,5m, terrasse 80m², 7 personnes. Planche de paddle incluse.
Cette villa de 170 m² en première ligne de plage offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour en famille. Le rez-de-chaussée accueille deux chambres avec lits simples, une salle de bain avec douche, une cuisine indépendante équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes) et un salon-salle à manger contemporain. À l'étage, deux chambres avec lits doubles partagent une salle de bain spacieuse, permettant d'accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes.
La terrasse de 80 m² surplombe la mer avec une vue dégagée, tandis que le jardin clôturé abrite une piscine privée (2,5 × 3,5 m) accessible toute l'année. La planche de paddle incluse vous invite à explorer les conditions marines. Le parking couvert permet de garer deux véhicules. Climatisation, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, wifi, lave-linge et alarme complètent les équipements. L'orientation de la maison garantit du soleil le matin et de l'ombre sur la terrasse à partir de midi. Les transports publics à proximité facilitent les excursions vers Fuengirola, Torremolinos et Malaga.
Anja le 22/11/2025Amazing stay with friends in gorgeous pink villa : (+) : The house was really beautiful, well-equipped, clean, and perfect for our holiday with friends. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is really clean and quite private, the pool is lovely and the deck chairs are great for lounging in the sun. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, the bathrooms were super clean, and the rooms were really spacious. Also great that there was a washing machine for us. And not too far from the closest town (supermarket, restaurants, bars, little shops, everything you need!). Special thank you to Julia who was very welcoming and responsive to all our questions. Gracias por todos!
(-) : Only thing is to stock more toilet paper and kitchen paper for cleaning - it runs out quickly with a big group of people!
Magdalena le 30/05/2025Perfect accommodation for a family holiday : (+) : The location of this place is superb as it's only a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport a and within walking distance from the nearby town. We thoroughly enjoyed sea views and direct access to the beach. The children enjoyed running in a large garden. The outdoor dining area is very comfortable as there's a sink, fridge and a large table to have meals while taking in sea views.
Baby cot and feeding chair are of great assistance to families with small kids.
(-) : When we arrived there were lots of ants in the kitchen. This was resolved after a couple of days of our stay once we have talked to Diego. You may want to place the poison before new guests arrive so they don't experience this inconvenience.
The shower in the master bathroom was clogged and we had to clean it ourselves so it wouldn't overflow.
le 16/09/2024top : (+) : Mein Partner und ich sind in dieser casa rural und es war einfach perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, ideal für eine entspannte Auszeit. Das Dorf in der Nähe ist charmant, und wir haben einige sehr nette Restaurants und Cafés entdeckt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten, wo wir morgens frühstücken konnten. Der Empfang war herzlich, und wir haben viele nützliche Tipps bekommen, wo man in der Umgebung wandern und essen kann.

There is a well-equipped kitchen and a large garden where children can play. The nearby village is also very nice, we discovered small restaurants and bars 🍕. The person who welcomed us was really kind and helpful.

le 02/08/2024Una casa maravillosa : (+) : Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en esta casa rural con nuestros hijos y los abuelos. La casa es muy amplia, con habitaciones cómodas y una zona de jardín ideal para estar en familia. Al llegar, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la ducha, pero la agencia lo resolvió muy rápido. La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos recomendó varias actividades en el pueblo. Los alrededores son muy bonitos y tranquilos, perfectos para desconectar. ¡Repetiríamos sin pensarlo!

le 22/07/2024We loved this house : (+) : The space is so nice and open, with lots of room to hang out. The kitchen has everything we need, and we’ve been grilling outside most nights. The village nearby is super cute with really good little cafes, so we go there every day. Plus, the house has this cozy vibe that makes it feel like home. If you want a peaceful escape with friends, this place is perfect.
