Cet appartement spacieux accueille 4 personnes dans deux chambres élégamment décorées. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain privée de luxe, complétée par une deuxième salle de bain. La cuisine indépendante est entièrement équipée : plaque vitrocéramique, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire et presse-agrumes. Le salon lumineux ouvre directement sur une terrasse spacieuse meublée, parfait pour les repas en plein air.
Le bien comprend climatisation, chauffage, wifi et trois téléviseurs. Un lave-linge, fer à repasser et sèche-cheveux complètent l'équipement. L'ascenseur facilite l'accès au garage privé du même bâtiment. Le complexe propose une piscine communautaire de 15×10 mètres (profondeur 1,3 à 1,6 m), ouverte de juin à septembre, entourée de jardins entretenus. L'emplacement calme et sûr permet un accès facile aux restaurants, magasins et activités de loisirs à proximité. Serviettes et draps fournis.

(+) : Great stay in this apartment! 😍 We spent two weeks as a family and it was great! The apartment is big and very well located, you can go to the beach in 5 minutes on foot! The kids loved the pool, and we found lots of good restaurants nearby 🍕. A very small problem with the TV at the beginning, but the agency fixed it very quickly. Honestly, we recommend it 100%!

(+) : Stayed with my friends for a few days, and this apartment was amazing! It’s right by the beach, so we could walk there every morning. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed – even a nice balcony where we chilled in the evenings. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a plus since we streamed movies at night. We found this great tapas place nearby, and we ended up going there a couple of times because the food was so good. Had a small issue with the heater, but the rental agency fixed it super fast.
