Cet appartement rénové accueille 2 personnes dans un cadre lumineux et bien équipé. La pièce principale ouvre sur une terrasse privée aménagée (table, chaises, auvent) offrant une vue directe sur la mer et les jardins du complexe. La chambre double bénéficie également d'un accès à cette terrasse. La cuisine indépendante propose une plaque à induction, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur et un micro-ondes pour préparer vos repas. La salle de bain privée est équipée d'une douche et d'un sèche-cheveux.
Le complexe dispose de quatre piscines communes (ouvertes de juin à septembre), mesurant 25 × 15 mètres avec une profondeur de 1,2 à 1,8 m, entourées de vastes jardins et zones ombragées. Climatisation et WiFi gratuit assurent votre confort. Serviettes et draps fournis. Les lits bébé et chaises hautes sont disponibles gratuitement sur demande.
La situation est centrale : commerces accessibles à moins de 100 m, centre-ville entre 101 et 500 m, plage à 10 minutes à pied. Le Parc de la Paloma se trouve à proximité immédiate. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés sur demande (10 € par jour, maximum deux par réservation).

Great Choice
(+) : Small apartment but with everything you need for an excellent stay. The apartment is located in an area with restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Despite being in a central area, the place is very quiet, which we really liked. Excellent balcony with sea view.
It's about a 10-minute walk from the beach, you don't need to take the car and there's public transport that passes on the street.
The apartment has everything you need for a good vacation, we liked the detail of the sun umbrella for the beach. The kitchen is super well equipped.
A place to return to again.
(-) : Three small things that could be improved.
- I didn't like the torn sheets.
- There were only 3 small rolls of toilet paper for a 10-night stay for two people, which is insufficient.
- Also check the ceiling during cleaning.

Near perfect, except for no pool facilities
(+) : The apartment was fantastic and communal areas always clean & tidy. Area around apartments had plenty of restaurants and supermarkets so ideal for self-catering needs. Metro was only a 10 minute walk away so easy access to everything including airport. Air conditioning is in living room only but fan provided for bedroom. Best to in living room in hot summer months. The washing machine was good addition too. Only issue was that the pool was empty and the neighbouring apartments (Hercules) pool was overcrowded anyway. Andrea was lovely and even turned up a bit earlier for us so we could pick up keys. Thank you.

The apartment is clean and beautiful.
(+) : The apartment is clean and beautiful. You have everything there what you need. Even the location is amazing. You are in 10 minutes at the seaeven in the centro where the train station is. Supermarkets and bars are near. The balcony was my favorite place. The view is beautiful.
