Een groot, ruim en net huis. : (+) : Op een half uurtje rijden vanaf Malaga airport ligt dit heerlijk rustig gelegen ruime woning met privé zwembad. Deze is niet groot, maar heerlijk om je even af te laten koelen. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht op de bergen. Het app contact via Cubo Holiday Homes ging ook super! We konden eerder dan verwacht al in ons vakantiehuis. Perfect!
(-) : Misschien in het toiletruimte voor buiten, wat aan de lucht doen. Er hing daar een onaangename geur.

Villa met potentie. : (+) : De locatie van de villa was prachtig. Dicht bij het centrum van Alhaurin El Grande.
De villa is modern en ruim.
(-) : We missen een aantal basisbenodigdheden in de villa, zoals een koffiezetapparaat, stofzuiger en voldoende handdoeken.
Als we de airco in de woonkamer aanzette, viel elke 15/30 minuten alle stroom in de villa uit. Hiervoor contact gezocht met de sleutelbeheerder en eigenaar, maar we kregen te horen dat wij niet teveel apparaten moesten gebruiken, maar dit was zeker niet het geval.
Ook blaffen er hele nachten (en overdag trouwens ook) honden van de buren die een goede nachtrust beïnvloeden.

Un rêve… qui est gâché quel dommage ! : (+) : La entrega de llaves fue muy bien, gracias a Juan Antonio. La villa es preciosa, bien distribuida y muy bien equipada, con una cama muy cómoda . El terreno donde se encuentra es amplio y está rodeado de naranjos y olivos, lo que crea un entorno muy agradable.
(-) : A pesar de todo —y no es culpa de la villa en sí—, la estancia se vio muy afectada, sobre todo durante las noches. Hay muchos perros en las casas vecinas que ladran constantemente, tanto de día como de noche, a veces durante horas. No tengo nada en contra de unos pocos ladridos, pero en este caso era realmente continuo. Entre los perros callejeros del barrio y los de los vecinos, parecía una auténtica coral… Incluso con las ventanas cerradas, nos despertaban varias veces cada noche.
También desaconsejo este alojamiento a las personas alérgicas a los gatos, ya que hay cuatro gatos que viven en la propiedad.

Great house : (+) : The accommodation is in good condition, fantastic terrace and very good located.
(-) : The barbecue really needs replacing: it is in poor condition and is too close to the trees, which also makes it unsafe.
A gas barbecue would be much more convenient and safer for guests.

Lovely modern villa, three big bedrooms and nice kitchen dinner. : (+) : A fresh look to the property, with clean modern feel about it, pool area was great and had 4 sun loungers with covers plus a couple of chairs and umbrella, air con was excellent, kitchen was well equipped, showers were good, all windows had electric blinds, outside dining table with 6 chairs for eating, parking for 2 cars easily and finally so many lime trees,
(-) : The electrics kept tripping, but it was just switching the top left button, when cooking it was a pain.

Also utilise the outdoor space a bit more, as it’s a very big plot.

Cosy place, with beautiful quiet surroundings : (+) : Short walking distance to nice willage/town and grocery shop. Nice pool, good beds, and perfekt for a family holiday.

(+) : Het huis is keurig en strak. Helaas geen koffiezetapparaat te vinden. Verder alles voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad is niet zo groot en dat viel ons een beetje tegen. En de blaffende honden viel wat tegen. Verder een prima vakantie gehad

(+) : Super lækkert hus, som matcher godt med billederne - Vi har ikke meget at udsætte på vores ophold i Alhaurín el Grande hyggelig by, dog ikke så mange handle muligheder - huset er dejligt, go plads,god vært som svare hurtig, og byder en varmt velkommen - man skal dog være opmærksom på at vi skulle bede om at få redet poolen, selv om der bliver lovet ved ankomst at der ville være udendørs rengøring 2-3 gange under vores ophold (10 dage)

Excellent villa, just needs a few tweaks : (+) : Liked the location and privacy.
Lovely interior and comfortable.
Only thing negative was the dog chorus, which went on all day/ night.


(-) : A welcome pack with the basics would be great. We did receive some dishwater tablets, which was kind.

We hebben een leuke week in Villa Dreams gehad, misschien dat wij vlgd jaar weer komen logeren! : (+) : Dat het schoon was, ruime villa, goede bedden (heel belangrijk) en van alle gemakken voorzien!

(+) : Enjoyed our stay that much we extended! This was very easy to do and Cubos were quick at replying and timely with fixing issues such as the pool needed a Hoover wile we were there (this was sorted the next day) The villa itself was new and clean with plenty of space and the garden is beautiful :) The area was nice but would suggest having a car if you’re wanting to head into the nearby towns.The only other thing to mention would be the symphony of dogs that can be heard most of the day, we have dogs so we are used to the barking but can imagine for someone that doesn’t it would be a bit annoying! Other than that we had a lovely stay and hope to be back soon :)

(+) : The house is spacious and stylish, offering utmost comfort, complemented by excellent air conditioning. It's equipped with almost everything needed for a delightful family stay. Special thanks to Carmen for her availability and for providing all essential information. Regarding the noise concerns mentioned by previous guests, we only experienced disturbances from barking dogs on one night, otherwise, our stay was peaceful. Future guests should consider bringing soap, shower gel, and dishwashing liquid, as these were absent upon our arrival. A later checkout option would also be appreciated. While we understand the necessity for cleaning before new guests arrive, a 10 a.m. checkout feels a bit early. Nonetheless, we're grateful that the agency looked into accommodating a later departure for us. We will definitely be back.

(+) : Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The villa was modern and clean. It was a bit more of a rural location so you need a car to get about but the local town had everything you needed. It was a good base to explore the area. There were a couple of issues. The electric kept cutting out throughout our stay. This happened on the first night when the office was closed. The contact i did have suggested checking the fuseboard which I'm not qualified to do. This continued every day. The second issue was the Pool. Throughout our stay this was never cleaned and towards the end of our week it became dirty. We have stayed at many air bnb before with pools and they have always been cleaned through our stays. I would suggest that guests are advised of the electric issues and the pool is maintained in a better way. I did contact Cubos homes but had no response which is disappointing. Overall a nice villa, good location and if the pool and electrics were sorted it would be better.

Great villa, ideal for families! : (+) : Beautiful space, amazing views of the Spanish mountains and near to the local town, and tourist attractions are less than 30mins away if you want to see them. Really great value villa! Loved it! Can’t wait to go again next year!

(+) : Our family really enjoyed our stay at the house.The place was lovely and clean and was equipped with all the things you would need. The location is not quite as remote as you would think, so neighbours and their dogs can be heard. But is close to a lovely town and a great base to go exploring from.Cubo's holidays were very helpful and communication was good. We would happily book our holiday with them again.

Mooi huis op een goede locatie : (+) : Mooi huis en heerlijk zwembad.
Het huis staat in een rustige omgeving op enkele km. van Alhaurin el Grande.

(-) : De inrichting van het huis is aan verbetering toe. De keukenapparaten zoals koffiezetapparaat is minimaal. Er is ook geen stofzuiger aanwezig. Het bestek is samengeraapt en voor de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding onder de maat.

(+) : La villa est superbe, confortable et bien équipée. (Tv 4K, machine à laver, lave lave-vaisselle, climatiseur/chauffage hi-tech.) L'endroit est vraiment calme et à l'écart de la foule. Cependant, la ville d'Alhaurin el Grande est à 3 min en voiture et 5 à 10 min à pieds. Ville très agréable avec restaurants, petits cafés et des gens très accueillants.Le supermarché Serano Lopes à 2 min est vraiment pratique avec beaucoup de choix et des prix défiant toute concurrence. Attention aux oreilles sensibles car beaucoup de chiens aboient dans les propriétés aux alentours mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car le temps n'était pas au rdv mais c'est vraiment un endroit superbe et reposant avec un cadre montagneux magnifique. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir! Merci à l'équipe de CUBO qui est restée en lien avec nous durant le séjour si nous avions besoin.Ps: un aspirateur serait un plus pour nettoyer 👍🏻Merci encore et nous espérons revenir au plus vite.

Beautiful villa, great location, very modern. Had a lovely stay for 2 weeks. : (+) : The villa was beautiful, very spacious and modern, we enjoyed the pool, although had to buy a couple of loungers
(-) : The kitchen utensils! The cutlery was of poor standard, there wasn't enough for 6 people, no coffee machine as stated,
Electric kept tripping when cooking. No sunbeds as shown and only 4 plastic chairs.
For a 2 week stay, no bedding change, shouldn't have to wash our own, should be a spare set left. No plastic cups or plates for alfresco dining . I'm not one to leave bad reviews, bit this villa could do with a little bit of money spent on it, so make it accommodate 6 people like stated, you would also not fit 6 people on the sofa, if you were staying in the winter.

DREAMS : (+) : Le logement est très bien équipé, situé dans une ville à 30 minutes de malaga et 30 minutes de Marbella idéal pour visiter, la piscine est parfaite, tout est bien pensée Juan est très accueillant. L’idéal est d’être véhiculée

Superbe villa de luxe, vue magnifique : (+) : La villa est confortable, la cour est superbe avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour être à l’aise. Nous étions quatre adultes et nous avions tout l’espace désiré.
Une épicerie de type « entrepôt » est à proximité, on y a trouvé beaucoup de choses à bon prix.

Would definitely come again. : (+) : The villa had all modern keypad activated windows,doors,aircon etc. Large grounds filled with orange, olive and medlar trees. Brand new property not 'lived in ' yet. We were here in a heatwave and found it challenging but the aircon and the pool helped keep us cool. There was no info about the area in the house but a quick trip to the tourist office put that right. A lovely Spanish town not inundated with too many tourists. Restaurants to suit all tastes and reasonable prices. Close to Coin and Mijas and a short drive to Marbella and the coast. Would definitely come again.
