This child-friendly holiday home with a large garden is located in a green, quiet residential area in Pléhérel-Plage, approx. 1 km from the wonderful sandy beach l'Anse du Croc. A hiking trail (6 km) along the cliffs leads to the breathtaking Cap Frehél. Hiking enthusiasts can continue on to Fort la Latte, 4 km away, with no less beautiful panoramic views.
The large, 1000m2 property is fenced and therefore ideal for children. The quiet location invites you to relax, and a large meadow at the back of the garden is ideal for ball games. Garden furniture, parasol and garden loungers are available.
The ground floor, approximately 50 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: An open, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, dining and living area with sitting area and wood-burning stove and large patio door to the outside as well as a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with double bed, extra bed and baby travel cot (can be set up) and another bedroom with two single beds (both rooms with sloping ceilings) as well as a separate WC.
The nearest supermarket is 3 km away in Fréhel. There is a well-stocked organic supermarket in Plurien in the direction of Erquy, as well as various bakeries in the neighbouring villages. In the village itself there are two restaurants and a creperie and in summer the popular "Café de la Plage" on the ramp to l'Anse du Croc beach. There is also a public tennis court and a riding school. Surfing (with surf school) is possible on the beach Les Greves d'en bas to the north-east. Other water sports (sailing, windsurfing) are available in the neighbouring village of Sables d'Or, and two of Brittany's hiking highlights are on the doorstep: Cap Fréhel and Fort la Latte.
2 bicycles are available free of charge and a travel cot and high chair are available.
